They wash their aerial silks regularly. They offer classes that range from conditioning to yoga. I haven't done many conditioning classes as I'm slowwwwwwwwwly trying to get myself in shape. But I love their yoga studio downstairs.... & aerial yoga is SO much fun. The trainers and owners are all awesome... I've taken classes with Meg, Kristen, Marta, Conor Michael & Andrea. I think you have to try all of their classes just so you could find the trainer whose class best fits you. The owners greet me every time I walk in the door. The warm and friendly environment makes me feel comfortable in a place I usually feel intimidated. They offer trial classes/packages so don't miss out!

The office location is convenient, although challenging with the many 1 way streets in the area. I recommend checking the map of the surrounding streets to see where you actually need to turn to be able to get into the parking lot. Upon entry, we were greeted by a friendly individual at the front desk. Within minutes, we were seen by Dr Menon. After some very in depth questions about why we were there, she was able to quickly assess what may be happening and offered a shot to help with the pain. She was quite attentive to my spouse and listened to everything he said. Before any shot was provided, she made sure we were made aware of what to expect cost wise so - no surprises. All in all a pleasant visit and we were happy she was able to immediately assist with the current issue. Would highly recommend her office.
