There were several times when there were 6-10 patients there with only 1 or 2 physical therapists. The PT assistants were not good. They would approach me and ask "what exercises did you do last time"? Never checking my file or consulting with my "PT". I also thought that the staff had excessive conversations with each other about sports, places to eat and their weekends. I felt like I was at a "frat party" several times. Unprofessional in my opinion. They did not focus on the patients. They were quick to assign several exercises and then leave you to do them never supervising or checking if you were doing the exercises correctly. In addition, loud music was playing every time I was there ...the manager constantly changing it and checking in with the staff to see if they liked it. Really? The last appointment I had was a Friday at 3. There were 7 patients there while a baby shower (or some sort of party) going on during business hours!!!!!! All PT's and assistants were enjoying the party while we were sitting there for over 15 minutes waiting to start out session - SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I shared this with my Ortho Doctor and he said this was the only place he herd "not so good" things about this palce.

As a mother to the patient, twin boro office staff helped me navigate difficult health insurance and doctor orders isuring my son was able to start his PT quickly after surgery. The doctors and assistants are so experienced, caring and attentive. I was impressed with the time they gave him, making sure he had a quick recovery since he has to go back to college. They even set up a program for him to do while he's at college and will be checking in on him over the next few months. I am so thankful for all the support they provided!

He did specifically recommend this place and that this was good. Since I live closer to Edison, I had no issues going here twice in a week for the next 6 weeks. Right from the start of getting my appointments scheduled to getting my physiotherapy sessions done, it has been a complete breeze. They do a clinical job in getting your details thoroughly, listening to what the needs are and getting you treated. They have a great team of employees - Marie and Sonia at the front desk and Dean, Mohammad and Terry helping whenever the star physiotherapist Lauren(the Director) is not around. Lauren gets you fixed, Period! The location is well-maintained and regularly sanitized in between sessions. Mask-wearing is mandated and religiously followed. Parking is right out of the door which is very good for people with leg injuries, coming here. Highly recommend this place!

There is an apparent disconnect between the doctors and patient expectations with the staff. I would suggest the doctors; but go to a different office. The experience I had with the Union office was the best ever. The experience I had with the Linden office was the worst. The office staff is not honest; nor do they care (except for the surgical coordinators - they are great). Once again - doctors yes - Linden office - not if you want to be frustrated, aggravated, or deceived.

While i was waiting for a diagnose from my doctor, the therapists at Holman helped me get t a point where I could tolerate the pain. It wasn't easy, as they work you hard, the results were terrific. I went three days a week, and was always greeted by the office Manager, Rosie. I would follow instructions from both Paulo and Lester, who were the two therapists that I saw. They are extremely professional in all of their dealings with me, as well as other patients in the room. They cared deeply about helping me get better, and the results were amazing.
