I had a Tenant paint black murals all over the walls in my apartment, as well as make several holes and other damages. For a very fair price that we transparently discussed beforehand, Cam showed up and got the job done in two days! This was awesome because I had other people slated to move in and no idea how much damage there was. Because of him, I was able to get the new tenants in on time and the apartment looked beautiful! He just went out again to do some extra work for me today, and I got a picture to show it was done and a very reasonable price again. Definitely call this guy.
