Had this co. recover a patio that was several different colors and had cracks in one area of same. They showed pictures of areas much worse than ours and claimed that they had lasted years when recovered by them. They came out a few weeks later and finished the job in three days. Two months later it looked awful. The cracks were back and the covering had flaked along the cracks and near a step. It took them four weeks to show up to repair it. That was ten days ago. They were here a couple of days. long enough to remove most of the covering on the damaged parts and leave a heavy coating of concrete dust all over my house, plants, windows and yard. They covered nothing to protect . It has now been six days since I have seen them and I have a huge mess in my back yard. They have fixed nothing. I paid them four months ago and still have no patio! They may show great customer service when they are out the first time to your home but beware if you have problems! They do not communicate at all and apparently do not want to make it right! read more
