How can my front porch not be nekkid to passers-by as I write this review? We called these folks to come take a look to see if they could save our tree. Alas, we had a borer problem. We agreed, but when they came back, they said they would have to increase the price. After some bickering back and forth, I agreed. They did most of the work, but refused to remove one damaged limb that was resting on my house because it was too high for the equipment they had with them. So, after they left, I got out my long extension ladder and raised it as high as it would go. I climbed it, climbed up into the tree and cut off and removed the limb myself. I'm in my 70's. I complained to the company in writing and to the Better Business Bureau but Omaha Tree chose to ignore my complaint with no response.
