Once there he explained to me what the task would be and began at that point. Halfway through the project, there was a pile of grinding. Asked Fernando if it could be used as mulch and said yes. I had him move it to the flowers bed on side of house and in my back yard. It took him about one and half hours to complete. He cleaned the area by leveling the grinding in the spot. I was very pleased with his work and requested his service to remove another tree. I wanted this service to be done on a Saturday when I would be there, due to prior experience of work being done at my home. He explained that he typically doesn't work on Saturdays; I felt comfortable enough to have him complete the next job during a weekday. I would strongly recommend his services. Then, just before the scheduled appointment, they reached out to say they couldn't make it, and see if they could come the following morning. We agreed on a time. He showed up with a small trailer already full of limbs and started changing what he said. He said he didn't have room to take off one of the limbs he had agreed to. I should have known when he tried to get $100 from me for a deposit. Luckily I said no or he would be moving on with no work done and my money. Not a good business. 10 minutes after he gave me the quote another tree company bid it for $400 and would do it right then. I honored my word. Steve didn't.
