I took the broken frames and lenses to the Vision center where I met with April and Natalie who very effectively found a frame that would fit the lenses and in one hour I had a fresh pair of glasses for my 96 year old mother. I was able to fly back home to San Diego the next day. These two ladies were terrific!

I had an afternoon appointment for a post cataract appointment prescription appointment…read more Surprisingly, after the examination, I was directed to immediately go to a specific specialist in Columbus regarding the possibility of blindness if x was not treated. I was not able to make that trip immediately, so the appointment was scheduled for 8:00 am the following day. The good news is that the retina specialist saw no reason for concern. Huh? The office staff gets 5 stars. Both individuals were pleasant, efficient, and exceedingly helpful. Dr. B was not. To be kind, I would give him 2.5. Why? My daughter was in the lobby (we had driven separately). She has participatesd in all of my (rare) medical appointments and has always been considered part of my team and never given the cold shoulder. When I told Dr. B that she had arrived he would not permit her to join me - until he was, for all practical purposes, done. For those reasons, I'm seeking a new provider.
