I had…read morebeen told on two occasions they had plenty samples of two different things and both times when I called to pick up more (my insurance takes forever) low and behold, they were out of samples. Always posed with the question "What do you recommend I do?" And their response was always keep calling to check if they got more in. My last straw was midway through a trial of a medication (one of the ones which they didn't have enough samples of- so round two of attempting this medicine now) I call to schedule my follow up and "We're not contracted with your insurance anymore". I say last straw because for the right medical staff I would pay the out of network fees. So if you have medical conditions or insurance that requires hoops to be jumped through, I highly recommend going elsewhere.

They genuinely listen when you tell them something is wrong or explain what is going on. I had both of my children with this practice. The front desk staff is always friendly and quick to return calls. Unfortunately, as with most medical practices - the practice can't be defined just by the doctors. When it comes to obstetrics for prenatal care and delivery, it's a fairly great experience. The gynecological and post delivery experiences are not as smooth. There has been more than one occasion where it comes across when trying to tell them something is wrong, they don't listen unless you push. Personally, my reproductive health is not something I'm willing to take a chance on with staff not listening. Overall though, the majority of the staff is very friendly, it's a clean place, and great for OB care - my drop in rating comes down to lack of the same attention or concern for detail on the gynecology side.

They provided my wife amazing care her entire pregnancy (this is our 2nd child we went somewhere else the first). All three physicians are A+ clinically but great bedside manner and very caring. My wife's pregnancy was about as standard as things can be and went totally smooth. Let's just say the day of labor was incredibly intense with some unexpected, potentially life threatening complications and Dr Arbona and Bender were cool as a cucumber with both mom and baby doing great. Yes they are physicians and yes it's their job but I work with doctors everyday and most are not like this. If my wife had yelp she'd ask her to give them 10 stars out of 5.

I came to have a screening a very private, unmentionable, part of my body. . . oh might as well admit it--I came for a probe of my anal cavity and the areas beyond. Yes I came for a butt probe. I am 50-now and it is time for me to get bootie probed every five year--especially since colon cancer runs in my family. **public service announcement** Cue the bright colored TV peacock and chimes--dune, dooo, dune-- if your older than 45 please get your butt probe every five years; colon cancer is easily treatable if you nail it early. Everyone here from the receptionist, to the pre-op nurses, to the anesthesiologist, to the surgeon, to the post op team, to the people who called to check up on me days later were super friendly, kind, had a professional gravitas that made any anxiety about the procedure evaporate. Before hand they reiterated the purpose of the scan, thoroughly reviewed every the RXs I was on, and described what was about to happened. Afterwards, they contact my driver ( you have to have one) to relay what they found and what action to take and not take. This was a great relief; it was my first colonoscopy so I didn't know what to expect. (Naively, I didn't realize I would be in a surgical grown. Good thing, for I realized to late I was in a Pink Floyd shirt and imaged the surgical team joking "Now we are about to explore the dark side of the moon!") I love this place. Highly recommended. I was told they would call me the day before surgery and tell me when to arrive. The day before surgery I waited until 4:20 pm for a call and it never came. So I called at 4:20pm to ask because their hours said they closed at 4:30pm. They were already closed for the day. So I called my surgeons office to say I wasn't showing up the next day because I had not been given a time. They then told me the surgery had been cancelled and would have to be done at the hospital. It is now 2 days later, my surgery is tomorrow and the hospital wants me to prepay but Dublin Surgical has not refunded what I advance paid them for a service they failed to perform. Would you want surgery at a facility that was this incompetent at simple administration? I wouldn't.

Next up, there's plenty of parking and a few restaurants/shops in the same little complex. Once inside, you'll be greeted by the staff up front and will notice the labs to the right. I got tired of him lack of compassion and inability to relate to me and my experiences. He just did not HEAR ME. I was with OhioHealth and use OH for all other medical resources. However, I couldn't find an OB/GYN in my area that was female and accepting patients - so I switched to OSU. The location is super convenient!! The office staff is wonderful. The schedule RUNS ON TIME!!! OMG. I am so used to waiting endlessly - especially at an OB/GYN where you're NAKED - sitting forever and freezing! But that's not the deal at this office. They stay on time and treat your time with respect. As an attorney - I would never keep people waiting to see me - and my time is valuable. I so appreciate being treated with the same timeliness. So that's just the technical details. Dr. Quimper is a super warm and personable lady. She is informal - like me - and really hears me. She was able to educate me on things that my prior doc never did. Stuff that makes sense and that led me to the same place as with the last doc - but now I understand WHY!!!! She takes to time to make small talk and get to know me. Other docs - I have waited so long just to see them, that I just want to rush and get on with my day. But not so in this case. I appreciate the conversation and also getting to know her a little bit. Not that we'll be BFFs, but getting to see the human side of her is very nice. I highly recommend you check out Dr. Quimper and/or the OSU OB/GYN office if you're looking for that type of doc. You will be very happy with the service you receive!

I called into the nurses emergency hotline with his being the holiday weekend. i had a laparoscopy about a month ago and since, I have had two menstrual cycles. The first one that started two days after surgery and lasted two days and then i believe that i started my cycle about 3 days ago now. But the flow is very heavy and very large clots are passing through and when i called in to speak to someone about it, initially tried to say it was from surgery but then I grabbed her attention for all of two seconds and told her surgery was a month ago and she said "well, if that's the case then it can't be from surgery" and told me she doesn't know what it could be. She didn't give me any advise on how to relieve the pain that I was feeling or anything. She then asked "if it happened 3 days ago, what took you so long to call?" I said "well because it's a holiday weekend and I figured you all weren't opened" and she stated "well, you're right. We weren't." She then stated "well it's not that serious since you're not bleeding. Just call your doctor when the office opens." I then grabbed her attention again for all of 0.25 seconds and told her that I am in fact still bleeding and she said well she doesn't know and to call my doctor for during office hours tomorrow. I feel like I was prejudged and dismissed because in the medical field, black women don't feel any pain in their eyes.

I continued to see her for the following year for regular check ups. I highly recommend Dr. Goist. I found her to be very thorough and patient. Her nurses were always very friendly and helpful. While I was pregnant there were several times when I called the doctor on call and the nurse line for advice regarding OTC medications or symptoms I was having. I found them to be very helpful as well.
