Best water damage restoration company for insurance claims -- hands down…read more I had a burst pipe in one of my rental properties in Tarentum, PA and needed emergency water removal and water mitigation fast. Un-Flood-It showed up within 2 hours, performed immediate water extraction, and had the damaged materials removed the same day. Their response time and professionalism were outstanding. The water also got into my furnace and ruined the control board, which could have caused major additional damage. Ken, Boyd, Logan, Brennan, and Greg quickly set up an industrial heater and drying equipment to restore heat and start the drying process right away. What really made the difference was how well they handled the insurance claim process. They worked directly with my insurance adjuster, stayed organized, and documented everything properly -- which made the claim go smoothly. My adjuster even said Un-Flood-It is the best in the business, and after seeing their work, I completely agree. If you're dealing with water damage, a burst pipe, or need water mitigation for an insurance claim, I highly recommend Un-Flood-It. Within a day a crew was here to help clean up the basement and take down the drywall. They explained what needed to be done to eliminate any mold issues. They set up their equipment and came every day for five days to take moisture readings. The whole team was very professional and I would definitely recommend Un-floodlit. No mold here!
