I called Profishant after noticing Carpenter Ants in my newly purchased home. Low and behold this led to the discovery of termite activity in the basement, previously unknown. I've dealt with several Technicians coming to my home for the ant treatment, tick and mosquito spraying, and lastly today for the termite inspection. All technicians have been extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Ant activity has all but ceased in the home. Today Kyle and Alex performed a termite inspection that was scheduled after activity was found during the initial Ant treatment. Both were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Luckily termite activity appears to have ceased and existing mud tubes/nest appear old and inactive. Kyle gave a clear estimate of costs and work to be done if preventative termite control would be requested. Very happy with service thus far. ProCon as a whole, and especially Andrew, were great people to work with. I would have written a review sooner, but did not realize they were on here until recently since I am calling them back for some more help. Late this summer, I had a MASSIVE yellow jacket infestation. Somehow they found a way into my house. I called ProCon, and they were prompt in arriving, and very knowledgeable. The thing I like the best is that Andrew was upfront an honest with me, and didn't try to sell me on a treatment that was overly expensive or not necessary in order to make more money. He was able to identify the problem, offered a great solution to get the yellow jackets away from and OUT from the inside of my house. I was apprehensive at first about hiring a pest control service, but now I feel so much better after having Alex apply the first treatment of my year-long service agreement. I recently had bug bites on my arms that had me worried, as I had previously experienced a bed bug problem in Seattle, and some of the recent bites were reminding me of that situation. I called Profishant the morning of March 17, 2021 with what I thought was a squirrel in the attic. They sent Kyle out to my house later that afternoon. Needless to say, I was horrified when Kyle informed us that it was a racoon not a squirrel. We hired ProCon about a year ago to eliminate a rodent problem in our old garage & yard. They quickly took care of the issue. We have since contracted with them to conduct quarterly maintenance treatments to ensure we are rodent free. We are very pleased with their services and professional staff.
