My Daughter walked in at 5:07 and was told she could not be seen because they close at 6:00 pm. When she told them that she just needed a strep test and flu test the lady at the front desk went back to ask if they could see her and was told no since it was after 5:00 and they close at 6:00. That is completely unacceptable for a medical facility to refuse to see a patient during the hours they are open. read more

I wish there was an option for a negative star rating! This place should be SHUT DOWN. My daughter came in with a strep throat at 2pm and was prescribed an antibiotic. She went to fill the script and CVS said they would text when ready. Hours went by. Finally at 5:30 she called to check on it since the pharmacy was closing at 6pm. She was told it was never sent thru. She called PROGNIFY and received a message that they closed early that day at 3pm. So I guess closing early means nobody completes their job? I have never had an experience like this with an urgent care. So now instead of her feeling better today - she has a raging fever and cant swallow. I tried 4 times to call PROGNIFY when they opened the next morning at 9am. Nobody answers. I finally get some manager on the phone who was USELESS. Had no explanation for what happened. To quote him "I have no idea what happened yesterday" Bottom line - this place is completely useless and I hope everyone reads this before they make the mistake of going here. read more

I have been in a waiting room for over two hours and forty five minutes for a Telehealth appointment scheduled through their online scheduler on their website. At this point, their office is closed and so are most urgent cares, so I will have to wait until tomorrow to be treated. Since the service they advertise that 'booking online should cut that wait considerably and get you out and on with your day more quickly," via the healthcare platform Solv, I would expect a little more timeliness. In the future, I will be sure NOT to use their services when I am in need of immediate (non emergent) medical attention. I do not recommend their service -- save yourself the time and pain and DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO REACH A PROVIDER! Imagine working in healthcare and not even helping people. read more

Do not go here for a Covid test. It takes forever to even get called back and then someone will come in, listen to your breath sounds and shine a flashlight down your throat before doing your Covid test and then bill you for a WHOLE A$$ DOCTORS VISIT. Even though the person that came in did essentially nothing beside the Covid test - they will bill it like a pcp visit and send you a bill for $226 minus whatever your insurance covers which for me was only half. Not only is this place inconvenient and the 'physician' probably got their degree online but it's 100% a money grab with the sole purpose of gouging people for money in the midst of a pandemic. Do. The online portion sign up was fine until the end where they have you do a virtual visit. They ask you to wait in the room and they say it will only be a few minute but I was waiting for 25 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. That was inconvenient, but my real criticism is that this place advertises free rapid covid testing and when I scheduled a RAPID covid test they didn't even mention it and started giving me the one that takes 3-5 days to get results because that's the one that's actually free! The rapid one cost $145 and I wasn't told that until right before I was about to get tested. DONT GO HERE FOR RAPID TESTING UNLESS YOURE WILLING TO PAY A TON! Go to Walgreens instead, they'll get you results within the day. I know the techs and that's their policy. read more

Went in for a Covid test and later they billed me $256.00 for an "exam." There was no exam. Beware: It's definitely a scam.

Not patient friendly. Went in at 5:15 PM on a Sunday with a deep cut on my finger. The sign on the door said they were open until 6 PM. There was not anyone in the waiting room however, I was told that they could not see me because that meant they would be there later than 6 PM. Went to the office to get a covid test after I was exposed at work. I later received a bill in the mail where I was being charged for an "office visit", even though my test was done in the waiting room and I was never taken back for vitals or anything. After calling to dispute the charge i was told it was put there on accident and it was taken off. I was also told that my insurance covered the entire test (other than a $20 co-pay) so I am not sure why I received a bill for $169. The woman who removed the charge was very helpful but everyone else at this office seems incompetent and shady! Wouldn't go here if it was the last place on earth and I was bleeding out. If you visited this urgent care for a covid test I would definitely check what you were charged, this seems to be a common issue! read more

I would give this 0 stars if I could. We called ahead because my roommates finger was cut very deeply and she may need stitches and we were told that we would be seen within an hour. We got there and they had us wait 20 minutes before telling us the provider couldn't see us. After trying to figure out why she switched up her story and said the provider didn't want to see us. Now we're sitting in an ER parking lot waiting to be seen when we could've been here earlier. Do not recommend coming here. read more

Do NOT go here for any feminine health concerns; your time and money is much better spent at Planned Parenthood. The doctor flat-out told me that she did not have any gynecological experience, and didn't know how to help me. The only thing she could offer was to run some lab tests, and she didn't have any idea as to how much they would cost. So not only did I pay over $100 to sit with the doctor and not receive any answers, but I also got slapped with a bill from Quest Diagnostics for $1,132 for several lab tests which I did not personally approve or request. And to add to the frustration, all of the test results were inconclusive. Meanwhile, I was able to get an appointment at Planned Parenthood the following week, and walked out with much more conclusive lab tests that were done on the spot, and paid less than $100 for the entire visit. Now I've been having trouble contacting the management of Prognify for the past few months for any kind of answers as to why I was not told how much the labs would cost and why they requested so many tests that I did not agree to having done. This place is AWFUL for covid testing. They don't tell you up front that you have to pay $150 for a rapid test (ridiculous!) and when you deny service the provider Kevin still charges you for an "office visit" despite your refusal of service and never stepping inside the building. This place is an absolute SCAM Karthik was extremely rude, wouldn't listen to anything I was saying, and then proceeded to tell me he doesn't have time for me before he made me leave the premise when I asked him to have Kevin give me a (who was "seeing patients" in the back aka HIDING since no one was even allowed past the front entrance) receipt of my "visit". This is NOT how you run an operation, the nerve of these people to charge patients for not receiving any service in the middle of a pandemic is absolutely disgusting!
