Had a few rain events that have pointed out to us that we have a watershed failure. Greenoak put 5" gutters/downspouts on our home which clearly isn't enough. The worst part, we called them out to look at it, thinking they would stand by their work, or work with us at the very least. They treated us like brand new customers and quoted us $5500 to replace the brand new 5" gutters and downspouts with something bigger... hmmm. 1. Clearly, They don't know what they're doing, if they did they would have taken one look at my house and known it would need bigger gutters in the first place. Up your math skills G.O.... 2. They are dismissive and the owner should be embarrassed with their work and pay for the fix from his own pocket out of sheer mortification. I would've paid for bigger gutters and bigger downspouts the first time, I'm not paying for materials and labor twice! Shame on you!!!! Haaaaa! Ironically my neighbor who hasn't moved in yet JUST texted me as I'm typing this and asked us if our gutters are failing! I guess now Greenoak is going to have two customers on their butt... maybe three when our other neighbor moves in.... We know you have insurance for crap like this. Make us happy! A receptacle in the enclosed patio wasn't working. He didn't seem to know what a in ceiling large vent was for. He didn't point out the corrosive bathroom faucets. The cost of this inspection was at least $200+ more than hiring an independent contractor to do the inspection. I wouldn't use them again. Didn't feel it was worth the extra money.

He decided that the perfect thing to yell out of his window was "got a reason to park there. What the f@$k!" At the person that I was dropping off. The thing is that i just dropped him off and I need to get to work because I myself was in a hurry so i was not just sitting there just chilling. He was hired to plow the the snow not to yell at the customers in the plaza.
