First of all, the office is located in a great shopping plaza with plenty of parking available. Upon walking I couldn't help but notice the cleanliness, calming feeling of the office as well as the festive halloween / autumn decor. I used the restroom and everything was impeccable. The office smells great, it doesn't have that typical dental office smell which can be stressful to those that fear the dentist. The staff was incredibly nice, helpful, competent and efficient. I was greeted right away and shown what paperwork I needed to fill out. The entire process was smooth and painless. I then asked, if possible, to go to the restroom to brush my teeth as I was going in for an Invisalign consultation at 6:30pm after a long day of work. Dr. Tendero was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She explained the entire process to me and even showed me proper floss and recommended tooth brushing technique. I will undergo the Invisalign treatment with her and look forward to my "Colgate" smile!
