This was September 17, 2025. They quickly charged the petty $128 to my insurance very quickly. On October 3 I call to make an emergency appointment which i had to reschedule for today due to an urgent issue with social security that I had to resolve. I call this morning b4 my appointment with my dental insurance on the line. Turns out they hadn't sent any request until October 3 the same day I called for the emergency appointment. The woman for lack of a better word who spoke to me & the insurance was super dismissive and condescending & RUDE she got caught in her lazy lie and didn't like it. They maybe in Miami Lakes but belong in liberty city. I am glad I figured this out early on. Very eager to charge my grandmothers care credit card when I have $5,000 available from my private insurance between now and January for any service needed. May you have better luck than I did if you come here. They wasted about 4 weeks of my time on nothing. Tuesday I have an appointment with a new dentist.

When I politely told the staff member that I needed to go home and discuss the treatment plan with my parents, her response was, "Wait, how old are you?" Aside from being unprofessional, it was completely irrelevant. My parents help cover my medical expenses while I'm in graduate school, but regardless, I was simply trying to decline the treatment without being pressured further. The entire experience felt more like a sales pitch than a dental appointment. If you're looking for a practice that prioritizes patient care over upselling, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The last experience I had with them, I wouldn't advise anyone to go here. My daughter needed a procedure done, and the doctor wanted to charge me over $2100 out of pocket because he wanted to use codes that weren't covered by my insurance. I contacted my insurance company and was provided with the codes for that procedure that was covered by my insurance, and I provided that information to the dentist. An appointment was set for the procedure, only for us to get there and be told the doctor forgot to add a code, and they needed to reschedule my appointment because they had to resubmit the codes to the insurance company. After receiving the second approval, I received a phone call from the dentist's office, telling me I need to find another dentist to do the procedure because the dentist (Mr. A Rodriguez) will not be able to do it, and I quote, "HE DOESN'T LIKE THE AMOUNT OF MONEY HE'S GETTING PAID TO DO THE PROCEDURE." This was very unprofessional, and I would never go back nor refer anyone to this money-hungry place. This was the Miami Lakes location.
