We received a great price and we were very happy with our experience. Then you know what hit the fan. They sent out the installer from hell (Doug from Patriot Flooring) to do the job. It took him five days to do a two and a half day job. All he did was complain about how hard it was to remove the old hardwood floor in foyer. He had to come back a few times to fix his screw ups. He also did the following damage: Cracked powder room sink pedestal Put hole to in wall and wainscoting Made large rub marks on new floor moving furniture by himself Scratched new floor moving speaker Chipped piece of the new floor Turned light on that was covered with plastic. It melted all over bulbs He denied everything when he came back. He started shouting at me and my wife so I kicked him out. Spoke to Lou and he said it was a month and a half since the installation which is incorrect. He was basically accusing me of doing the damage. Got message to Mike and he called me right away, but we had a bad connection. He said he would call me back the next day. Still waiting for his call. One of my neighbors had a floor put in and Dough did the job, and she had many issues. Another neighbor had floors done by the same company but a different crew and they were very happy.

Extremely professional and the quality of work was outstanding. I had all the remaining carpet in my home removed which consisted of 3 bedrooms, a hallway 27 steps and a family room. We replaced all the steps with hardwood and the bedrooms, family room and hallway was replaced with LVP. When I tell you these guys are good, They are good. They laid those floors in record time and paid attention to detail. They cleaned up after themselves so well and that was truly appreciated.
