But for the last three visits, I was taken into a room 15-20 minutes late with no explanation. My appointment should take no more than 15-20 minutes. If I had not left 45 minutes later on my own, I don't know how long I would have sat in that room waiting for the PA. Today I had a 9:15 AM appointment. I waited 20 minutes after my appointment time to be put in a room finally at 9:35 AM, . Once in the room, I waited an additional 15 minutes for the doctor to come in. When Dr. Kaas came in, and she explained she was held up for personal reasons. I then waited for the PA to come in to finish the visit and she did not show up at all. I waited another 20 minutes and I decided to leave. I am 67 years old and have NEVER left a doctor's office in my life. I told the front desk why I left. Five minutes after leaving, I received a phone call from the PA who told me they were short staffed. She invited me to come in today at my convenience to complete the treatment, but I could not. I will not be returning to this practice. This all could have been avoided by a kind explanation at any point in time while I was in the office.

I wish all doctors shared the same passion, etiquette, dedication, and investment as Dr. Niktash. I…read morebecame her patient after injuring my foot while exercising. Only it wasn't quite that simple. I was experiencing a symphony of pain with every step. It was not deliberate, but I did not know how to fully "translate" or communicate what I was experiencing. Dr. Niktash was patient and was able to unravel the mysteries over our visits. It wasn't just the injury; it was inflammation, nerve, a lifetime of problems due to my flat foot, and I waited months after the injury. It's rare to find a doctor that makes me feel "heard". I'm so grateful! It's a year later and I just completed a 30 mile weeklong walking challenge. It took me a while to find Dr. Niktash. Luckily, if you're reading this, you've found her too!

Surprised that I have not written a review earlier for this amazing place…read more Dr. Kashani is so wonderful! She is simply the best. She takes her time and is very gentle & caring. She makes you feel like your visiting family when you are here. She thoroughly explains everything and you are involved in the process every stop of the way. Both me and my son are patients and both have had minor, in-office procedures done and I can tell you that he level of care here is exceptional! The office is inviting and is beautifully decorated; there is also cute, whimsy foot art throughout. The entire office staff is very warm and friendly! This practice is a must go to if you need a Podiatrist!

Needed a podiatrist in the area and was referred to Dr. Raineri…read more Very easy to get an appointment here, and Dr. Raineri is always very informative and willing to answer questions. Also helps that he's just a nice guy in general. Hands down best podiatrist in this area to me.

Unfortunately I cannot give this place a full five stars despite the phenomenal job Dr. Ranieri did…read moreduring my surgery. The after care in his office was nothing short of condescending and patronizing. After my first post op appointment he removed the bandages from my surgery and wrapped my foot with new bandages. I accidentally got my foot wet trying to shower three days later and changed my bandages on my foot. I wrapped it similar to the way he did which was just sterile gauze and a sterile wrap. I arrived in his office and he said to me "WHY DID YOU CHANGE YOUR BANDAGES?" I told him because it got wet and you told me to keep it dry, so its not the original bandages. He replied "Oh I know those are not my bandages obviously, that is why I asked", then he proceeded to talk to down to me about how people are on their phones all day long but cannot call when something important happens. Almost as if I offended him personally. He then proceeded to tell me my foot was his art work and he had my foot wrapped to keep my pinky toe straight. There was nothing but ointment and gauze on my foot. There was no tape keeping anything in place. It was not rocket science to change a bandage and it was not a major surgery. A simple and respectful response should have been "next time give me call" and that would have sufficed, but instead he scolded me in front of my dad. Whom when we left immediately said, WOW, He is really rude and my father was almost provoked to speak up on my behalf due to Dr. Ranieri rudeness. Before I had surgery Dr. Ranieri was a nice doctor, not sure what changed. Once my post op care is completed. I will NOT be back ever. Also, his receptionist is amazingly sweet and provides good customer service for appointments and reminders.
