These people are scam artists. Avoid them at all costs. I was a patient there six years ago. This week I got a text stating I owed them $100 for not showing up for an appointment. When I called to dispute this they were rude, obnoxious, and insulting to me. They did at least finally agree that I didn't owe them $100. read more

Unfortunately the care I received at the Lorton office was sub-optimal and specifically it's been over three weeks and their office has still not called in the medication I was prescribed. I was required to have lab work done prior to instituting a course of oral medications. As directed I then had to miss work to go to an outside lab and pay for lab work there. After waiting over two weeks for those results I have now have spent several more days contacting Dynamic Foot and Ankle Center several times (3 emails, 3 phone calls) despite the lab telling me they already transferred the results to the medical office days ago. Ultimately I was responsible (as the patient) for obtaining all of these results and transferring them myself to the medical office with still no resolution. And recently I received an email about "prepaying" a $40 co-pay for a "follow up" appointment. Clearly there's no value in a follow up evaluation for a medical condition that has received NO treatment so far. read more

As a patient of Dynamic Foot and Ankle, I can't say enough about the excellent treatment, customer service and methodologies used to treat my pretty serious toe condition. As I mentioned, I had a pretty serious toe condition and with the consistent advice and helpfulness from the Doctor's at Dynamic Foot and Ankle, I would still be down and out. Dr. Suchir Sheth - He's an absolute genius and his treatment plan and patience with treating my foot condition is most appreciated! I was very close to a more serious issue with my toe, but with his willingness to provide the best possible care, I am recovered and can resume all the normal activities that I could not do for 6 months. If I ever have another toe injury, or foot issue - [knock on wood, that I don't], the first call I'm making is to Dynamic Foot and Ankle! Dr. VonDerlinden is absolute miracle worker when it comes to feet. Came in with a nagging foot and ankle sports injury and literally left the office feeling brand new. She was able to diagnosis the issue within minutes and create a specialized recovery plan to keep from re-injuring. Excellent care and great customer service! That's how I would describe my experience with Dynamic. I started experiencing serious pain on the bottom and side of my foot - this was after a full weekend of activity. I found Dynamic online and read the reviews and credentials - all good. So I gave them a shot. They were able to get me in first thing the next morning and I was in and out in no time. X-rays onsite meant instant diagnosis. Dr. Dannielle advised me to take it easy and ease back into the running - nothing serious was wrong. She thoroughly explained the complexity of my injury and that it could be corrected with an orthotic. I'm now back to running my full routine just two weeks later! Had my first appointment for some chronic heel pain that has gotten worse over the last few months. A great experience from making the appointment to leaving the office. Staff is very knowledgeable and Dr. VonDerLinden took time in the room and I left feeling educated about my diagnosis and plan of care. Even the dreaded Cortisone injection was as good as it could be. Thank you and look forward to developing a relationship with this practice but hopefully not too many visits as we get this condition under control. Dr. Vonderlinden and her team are great. I had been experiencing severe foot pain for a long time and finally decided to see a specialist. I'm so thankful for the team at Dynamic Foot and Ankle. Dr. Vonderlinden is very professional yet approachable and friendly. Although she's a physician, she's very genuine and down to earth. She was able to quickly diagnose my condition (plantar fascia) and advised me of things to do to reduce the pain. She prescribed and recommended interventions that have greatly reduced my pain and also provided helpful education around my condition along with strategies to assist me. The office staff is very friendly, especially her assistant Melissa. They remember me beyond what's in my chart and run a very caring and professional practice. The environment is absolutely beautiful and comfortable...calming, modern tones and furniture. They assist with the insurance process and I have never had to wait long. Would most defiantly would highly recommend Dr. Vonderlinden without hesitation and am even considering bringing my 12 year old daughter in for a consultation. I had 2 ingrown big toenail wedge sections removed from my big toes. My left toe is great. The right toe, she removed too much nail and the skin at the end of my toe on one side of the toe. Now my big toe looks deformed. I tried to talk to her when the left foot had healed that there was no skin at the tip of my toe. She tried to convince me that all would grow back. I am not stupid. It has been a month for that toe aleady. Also, I can't wear normal shoes. All shoes hurt me both feet and she continues to say I should be able to wear normal shoes. I wish I had not read and believed the Yelp reviews. They made her sound Iike a saint. Now I have to live with a deformed big toe and hurting feet. read more
