Don't hire this company. I signed a contract with them in February 2025, the stated time to do the work, mostly a kitchen remodel and a few other items, was 3-4 months. It is now 8 months and they have abandoned the job. The last time the owner David responded to my messages was the day before my latest progress payment almost a month ago. I now have his subcontractors and workers calling me trying to find David because he owes them money. My job is still not complete and I've had to find someone else to finish. The project was going fine until my project manager quit in May. Since then the work has been sporadic, David said he was going to take over management of my project but weeks went by between work being done. I did not find out that my PM left for a week and a half, when I was given David's contact info, I didn't hear from him for another two weeks. And yes, David Aragon is the owner, this is Progressive Home Remodel, in case he claims I did not sign a contract with him. Also, they have two addresses on their website, one in LA on Melrose which is a fake address at a retail store, and one in Palm Springs in an office complex. The suite number stated is actually the property management office for the office complex. I went to both addresses to find and talk to David since he ghosted me. RESPONSE TO DAVID A's COMMENT BELOW: My contract is for renovations at a house on Belding Drive in Palm Springs. On Sept 4 you stated "I talked with Rafa and he can have everything done couple days next week after the countertop get installed. The backsplash, the electrical for the fans and finish with Drywall". Then you asked about the progress payment and a few other questions. I transferred the money on Sept 5. One week later I went to the house to review the work but nothing had been done. I called you on Sept. 12 when I found out no work had been done, you responded with a text stating "Sorry, I can't talk right now. I'll call you right back". But you did not. I followed up with a message later that day. I followed up a second time that day. I followed up on Sept 15 and Sept. 16. I've received nothing from you until this review. Rafa has called me asking me if I knew where you were as you owed him money and you won't return his calls. I have assumed you have abandoned the project since you refuse to return my calls or messages. read more

I don't usually write reviews but the service I received was amazing. I had a leaky roof on new year's day and while most companies were closed or couldn't address until after a long weekend, PHR called and were able to check out the issue quickly (which I really appreciated as more storms were about to happen). They were able to fix the issue very quickly and were *extremely* thorough, taking various pictures of the issue and well as other issues that might need attention and walking me through the causes and the fixes. Very highly recommended and I will be using them again to fix some of the issues they helpfully pointed out. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Hiring this contractor was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. From the start, things felt off -- constant delays, vague answers, and excuses for everything. I should have trusted my gut and walked away early. The work itself? A total disaster. Crooked walls, uneven flooring, paint drips everywhere, and unfinished trim. It honestly looked like it was done by someone with zero experience or pride in their craft. What's worse is that when I brought up the issues, the contractor got defensive, rude, and even tried to blame me for the mistakes! Communication was terrible throughout the project. They rarely returned calls, showed up late (if at all), and kept demanding more money without explaining where it was going. I later found out they cut corners with cheap materials and possibly weren't even pulling the proper permits. Shady is putting it lightly. I'm now having to pay another contractor to come in and fix the mess they left behind -- costing me double what I originally budgeted. Do yourself a favor: stay far away from this company unless you enjoy stress, lost money, and unfinished poor quality. read more

We explained what we wanted and they had a drawing that matched that at our first meeting. Our designer, was fabulous. Bahador and a colleague made an initial visit to scope out my project and provided a written estimate as promised. I responded with the some clarifying questions which they responded to thoroughly. I was ready to proceed and was in the process of completing my HOA approval request documents and noticed some peculiarities with their contractor's license 1) it was in a different name (Dream Innovation), a different individual, and showed a pending Dissolution date of Feb 28/25. When asked why they didn't have any workers comp insurance, I was told they sub contract everything out and didn't need any Insurance. I was then told that I was asking too many questions for such a small project. I received a further telephone call 5 minutes later advising that they no longer wanted to do my project. We needed to remodel our bathroom at our Palm Springs rental property, we had a couple of quotes in the area and decided to go with Progressive Home Remodeling, they were very responsive and booked an appointment for visual consultation same day I was amazed. We only had such limited time to get this remodeling done and the next booking was in less than a month, and they made that possible to have finished before our next booking. The work done was impeccable, design of course I got to choose the tiles , shower door, handles faucet etc, but they gave such great ideas I went along with some of their existing designs they previously did.
