The roof was 60 years old with no leaks but because our remodel tied into that half of the roof needed to be redone. A year and a half ago some tiles blew off in a storm but we assumed that it was affected by other blowing debris. This week we had tiles blown off when another storm came in that was not nearly as strong as the last one. At this rate, we will be lucky to have the roof even reach 10 years let alone 60 years like it had been. They had very poor workmanship & we will certainly never call them again.

He made me waste over one month holding my house keys trying to get estimates from him on some remodeling projects I needed done. If Licensed Home Improvement is only looking for big fish projects or too busy to take any new project, they should mention it explicitly and not make waste time to people. Still, I was able to test the quality of the work on a small wood fencing project and result was average. The people he hired for the job did not know that some smart guys invented sanders so touching the top of the wood fence could hurt your fingers. Also the guys he hired thought I was stupid enough to not see they only put one coat of stain so I had to ask them to put a second coat which they did. Shady practice in my opinion. If you wanna waste your time and get average work done on your property, then you can give a try.
