I had lost my bank a few weeks back and called to give Brandon Semones Stat Farm my new card number, they informed me they would send a form to me by email to be signed before they could take money out. This morning I receive a receipt in my email for the money they took out. Followed by a email telling me I needed to sign this form for them to take money out of my account. 2 weeks later and after they had done took my money. His office give me the run around, he wouldn't even talk to me. The ladies up front offered to give me money out of their own pockets and he told them they could not do that. Claim they never received insurance cancellation from new company. This is very shady to say the least. Stay clear f Brandon Semones State Farm!
