The store is usually very organized, and products are not out of line. The employees of this store are very nice, and I find myself having a conversation with them at least once every visit. Although some of their products seem over expensive, they have a lot of deals and sales where items will be marked down. For example, just recently I went shopping and I purchased Pilot GT pens, and they were $5 for a pack of five pens, which are usually around $8 a package. Overall this a good store; it is easy to shop in because of the organization and the amount of different items. I recommend this store for higher quality products, or a better shopping experience than stores like Wal-Mart. Staples is quiet, smaller, and easier to find what you need quicker.

When I went to the business to further inquire about my refund he was very rude and wouldn't listen to what I had to say. I asked him for the product I paid for and he stated I threw it away! He then said I'm done with this and walked away. So now I'm without a refund and the product I paid for. That's over $100 dollars! I'm highly disappointed with the way the owner treated a paying customer. This was my first time and last time doing business with Custom Printing. They are such a staple in the community. I wonder if his other customers know he can be so rude and take people money.
