When I first walked in to drop off my equipment, the service center staff was incredibly unfriendly. I stood around waiting for quite a while before anyone even acknowledged my existence no greeting, no hello, absolutely nothing. Being completely ignored as a first time customer was a terrible first impression, but the pickup experience was even worse. When I went to pick up my equipment, no one was even in the customer service area. After waiting for several minutes, a young man finally came in. He offered no greeting at all, sat down at his computer, and did some work before finally barking "phone number" at me. After I gave it to him, he just walked out of the room without saying "wait here" or "I will be right back." He eventually returned with my equipment, took my payment, and did not bother to say thank you or have a nice day. I just walked out.
