When I call the agent, he is clueless too - he assures he will to the bottom of it (wastes precious time as I inch towards being uninsured) but comes back with a higher quote. This agent does not seem to be genuine - why would they be clueless about the company's verdict then? Either that or they are purposely fradulent. Stay away!
