I called back Monday because I still did not received a call back nor any medication was sent over I had to go to the urgent care to be seen. I have many years of experience working in the medical field and what they did is completely unacceptable leaving an asthmatic person without an inhaler.

They also use the MyChart portal which makes it convenient for patients; you can message your doctor, request prescription refills, make appointment, see test results, and more. I've seen my primary care doctor through this network and have had a good experience. My gynecologist, who is from a different network referred me to this office. Since I have a family history of breast cancer, I was referred to a breast specialist. It is better to be proactive than reactive! Ladies, get those mammograms! Especially if it's covered by your health insurance. This office reached out shortly after and I was able to make an appointment fairly quickly. The location was large with plenty of parking. Upon entering, there was a help desk that showed me where to go. Checking in the office was easy and I was seen within 5 minutes. The whole appointment took about 30-45 minutes. The APRN Kayla Cristoferi was super warm and professional. She was thorough, went over standard protocols, and answered any questions I had. Checking out was also quick and easy. The facility was clean and pristine. Overall, I've had a good experience so far.
