It was a very informative and well taught class. I'm glad I took it and fully expect to pass the test.

The "Radar Observation Recertification- Night Course" $245.70 + "Facility Fee" $29.00 was a class that started promptly at 4pm and ended before 8pm depending on the speed of your Radar exam plot completion. Most salty mariners feel at home here and you can stay in their hotel at discounted rates especially if you are taking a class, an additional guest will only cost you $40, so choose the wife wisely, but kids under 12 years of age are not going to incur additional cost. Lodge is old and in dire need of modernization. Plenty of nearby hotels.

I was greeted by a friendly smile as my masseuse introduced herself as Candie. She went over my forms to insure there were no medical issues she needed to be aware of. I would highly recommend Candie and will make sure to request her on my next appointment. She is a great listener and recommended certain stretching techniques which really made a difference--even in this first time meeting her! Her dedication and commitment to the wellness of others is quite evident. She asked if the pressure was too light, just right or too much. She could pinpoint exactly where I was holding tension and did her magic to relieve me of that! I will definitely be back and will be asking for Candi asap! Kudos to Cortiva & Candi!!! Much success! My experience at this so called Institute was nothing short of stressful, constantly having to…read moredisplay self restraint and patience. When I first started in September we quickly lost our teacher a month later because she wasn't being compensated adequately so we were left with her teachers assistant. Class started at 9 but we didn't start until 10 once she decided to get off her phone and read PowerPoints with words she couldn't pronounce and knowledge she just didn't have. When I transferred to another class she decided to trash talk about the individuals who left her class and then she got demoted to TA again (like I never saw that coming). The Dermalogica bag they give you if only for 1 skin type and when my skin reacted to it I had to bring my own products to be used on my skin, then the clinic coordinator tried to say my skin was probably purging when I initially came in with not a bump on my face but it's because she was trying to sell me holiday products to obviously make commission on her end. The staff overall is incompetent they give you the run around to simple questions, everyone is pissed to go to work and deal with students. The director Michael will BS you in front of your face and smile about it, the lead instructor Cassondra they brought in is useless and never has the answers to anything but has time to give you attitude when you won't let up about an issue. The clinic coordinator Katherine wants to be a somebody in this place but is useless and just waddles around in the classrooms and lies about the state board requirements when doing the orientation mind you she is a licensed nothing. The career coordinator Sanarta who is suppose to ASSIST with the state board appointments caught a whole attitude because I wouldn't sign release forms for the school to use my face or videos for there benefits or be put on there "wall of fame" that has the same 10 people on it since I started. Then got upset when I had to book my own appointments because she wanted access to my account because she's "required" to know if I passed my exams. Keep in mind she uses the same password for all the students new PSI account and put it up on the whiteboard in her office ...can you say security violation. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy this place exploits students to work for free for them and they don't even give them any tips they receive from clients claiming it goes to a "student fund" that doesn't exist. They play with your hours and constantly move your graduation date so you have to keep account for your own hours in order to correct them. Oh and they also require you complete an extra 60 hours and pose it as extra practice but it's really to keep you an extra 14 days to take there "clients". The tables are falling apart and some were replaced with the Amazon tattoo chairs, supplies are scarce and sometimes have to be shared with other classes, there's a steamer graveyard because instead of replacing the broken steamers they'll just throw them in the back which begs the question where is the $15k per student going because it can't be towards supplies. And as of recent they're having clients who get a service done post 5 star google reviews because all the students who have left this place leave honest reviews and their rating was taking a hit! If you're a student looking to get into esthetics please look elsewhere or at most read the student reviews about this place.

I wanted to share my experience with iDrive Driving School regarding my son's lessons…read more His first session was a very positive experience. The instructor, Coach Michael, was calm, patient, and supportive, which really helped build my son's confidence behind the wheel. We continued practicing at home and were making great progress toward completing his required driving hours. Unfortunately, the last two lessons were a completely different experience. The instructor, Toya Phillips, was assigned for both sessions, and her approach was extremely concerning. My son shared that she was impatient, raised her voice, and was overly critical rather than supportive. During one lesson, while practicing parking, she became frustrated when he didn't perform the maneuver correctly and spoke to him in a harsh and discouraging way. As a result, his confidence has significantly declined, and he is now experiencing anxiety behind the wheel and does not feel ready to take his driver's test. I was also very troubled to hear that she told my son another student had become so upset during a lesson that they got out of the car and refused to continue. That alone raises serious concerns about her professionalism and teaching style. In addition, my son has ADHD, which was disclosed at the time of enrollment. This makes patience and clear, supportive instruction even more important--unfortunately, that was not our experience. I attempted to contact the school on two separate days and left messages but did not receive a response. Had there been communication and a resolution offered, I would have preferred to handle this privately rather than leave a public review. As I prepared to write this, I also noticed that Toya Phillips has been mentioned in other negative reviews, which suggests this may not be an isolated issue. At this point, I am requesting two additional driving sessions with Coach Michael, as he was professional, patient, and truly made a positive impact on my son's learning experience. Driving instruction requires patience, professionalism, and the ability to build confidence in new drivers. Based on our experience, I do not believe Toya Phillips should be working in this role.

Unfortunately, my experience with the behind-the-wheel lessons was extremely disappointing. Because of limited slot availability, I had to take lessons with two different instructors. During my second lesson, instructor Nadeem Qureshi focused more on questioning my prior experience than actually teaching me. I explained that, since I am over 25, I had already completed the MVA-recommended practice hours, along with some previous driving experience in my home country. Even so, a large part of the lesson was wasted before I was finally allowed to drive. Throughout the lesson, he repeatedly told me I needed more practice and suggested I book private lessons with him. After that class, he even told the receptionist that I should not continue without private lessons first. I declined and kept my final scheduled lesson. In the last lesson, it felt like he had already decided not to recommend me for the MVA test. I was marked as failed and pressured to pay for an additional private lesson costing $85. I also found some of his remarks disrespectful and inappropriate. I later complained to Mr. Husain, but I did not feel my concern was properly addressed. I was told I failed because I did not do enough head checks before lane changes. A driving school should guide students, correct mistakes professionally, and help them improve. My experience felt more like pressure to purchase extra lessons than genuine instruction. Because of this, I cannot recommend iDrive based on my behind-the-wheel experience.

My daughter is 7 and has been receiving tutoring through Total Tutoring for several years. I…read morestarted my daughter young because I feel that her education is very important. At first the sessions were great! The tutors were effective and my daughter made a lot of progress in a short period of time. Honestly, I was very happy with the results of the tutoring sessions, and as a result, decided to have my daughter receive Spanish tutoring. I contacted Total Tutoring and organized for a spanish tutor to come to my house for weekly lessons. These sessions were scheduled for 30 minutes at the request of the tutor due to my daughters young age. The lessons began in September of last year, and as of today, she does not understand the phrase "Hola, como estas?". Needless to say her progress has been minimal. During the time my daughter has been receiving lessons from her tutor, Nannette Simmons, I noticed that she was consistently showing up late and leaving early which is discouraging considering the cost of each lesson. I contacted the agency to express my concerns and asked for a different tutor. I was told by Total Tutoring that they would try to find someone new to replace Nannette. Yesterday (December 2nd), the tutor again showed up late, so I decided to set a 30 minute timer. No surprise, the tutor was leaving early. I informed Nannette that should would no longer be tutoring my daughter and told her it was because she was consistently showing up late and leaving early. After each tutoring session we receive an email with a session summary; this is meant to highlight progress and address areas of weakness for my daughter to work on. I received the session report for the final summary and it was blank. I contacted Total Tutoring, cc'ing Nannette, expressing my opinion that this was unprofessional. I received an update session summary which was even more unprofessional!!! Nannette's updated session summary placed the blame entirely on my daughter!!! She took no responsibility for her actions. I responded to Total Tutoring again, extremely upset with the unprofessionalism shown by Nannette. Total Tutoring's reply was that they should have edited her comments before sending them to me. They took no responsibility for Nannette and did not acknowledge her unprofessionalism even knowing my frustration. They did not apologize for her comments, only stating I should not have seen them. Total Tutoring would get a higher review because they do have some good tutors, but customer service is key to me. I need professionalism and I need a good example for my daughter. I am active duty military and I have zero tolerance for adults who place blame everywhere but on themselves while taking no time for self-reflection. The images attached are images of the communications and session recaps as proof of this companies inability to remain professional.
