Thankful for ARC.. My experience is that you can get all the information possible but it takes hard work to apply it to our lives. It works IF you work it. JESUS can set us free and heal us from all the shame, guilt and consequences of our choices IF we allow Him to do just that. He restores and gives us purpose and direction. Thankful

I was trying to get my blood pressure measured cause I wasn't feeling good but instead they gossip about me behind closed doors. The counselor and case manager lie to your face. Even though you know the truth. My blood pressure right now when I got home was 176/111-64. But they rather gossip than help. Stay away if you can. They have roaches so be careful. And the best she could get, was being on a cancellation list. Basically, I did my research and got some resources through Regional Center. I called a few which got back to me a day or two later. Foothill Family actually answered their phone and was able to help me immediately and get my daughter in and get evaluated. My daughter has Social Anxiety and a mild intellectual disability. She got her therapist Susan within a week and she feels so comfortable and at ease with her. I told my daughter if she doesn't like a certain therapist, she doesn't have to stick with them and change any time she needs to but she loves Susan. Mind you it is very difficult for her to feel comfortable with just anyone. I definitely recommend Susan.

I'll keep it as brief as possible. I have been a patient at Tri-City since 2020. I have seen…read moremultiple therapists and psychiatrists in that time. There's a lot of turnover, which is detrimental for the patients. They will sometimes call from an UNKNOWN number, but they don't leave messages so you know to call them back. Then they'll say that they spoke to you when they did not. I was discharged from the program last year because of this and I had to go through the process again. I have been waiting for more than a year for a new psychiatrist and they said when I made the appointment that it would be over the phone. When I called to see where the doctor was, they said it was an "in-person appointment". I have to wait another month for an appointment. They claimed they called and confirmed the appointment with me, but that was a lie as I was working when they called and didn't get off until after their office hours. I only go here because they are the closest provider in my network. Until I can get better insurance I am stuck with them.

This place should be sued for malpractice! I am on anti-depressants and received a call from my…read morepharmacy that the physician who prescribed them was not returning their calls to authorize a refill. So I called to find out why the call was not being returned. I was told that they want me to see a behavioral health specialist to give me more meds. I advised them I just had major back surgery & was on mandatory bedrest for the time being. I just needed 1 more refill to get me through my bedrest & promised I would see Behavioral Health as soon as I was back on my feet. I was told they would ask the physician if it would be possible for me to get a refill & would call me back to let me know. The following week, I have been off my meds for 3 days now and I call to see what the status is since NO ONE CALLED ME BACK...AGAIN! Now I am told that they have made my medication INACTIVE! They were supposed to see if I could get just 1 refill & call me back, but instead made the medication inactive. They obviously don't care about their patient's health or wellbeing! They don't know how to return calls, they are negligent and they couldn't possibly care less!
