Leslie admitted fault, but it was a huge inconvenience -- we took time off, waited in court, and were turned away. The judge gave us a new date to have the paperwork filled out and served again. On the second attempt, she put the wrong address on the form, even though I had texted her the correct address (which I showed her). When I sent her the proof, she told me she "didn't want to reply to us anymore." She provided nothing of value, and now we are having to hire an attorney because she did not know what she was doing. When I asked for a list of what she had actually done for us, her only response was: "A full refund will not be provided. My services conclude here. Please seek help elsewhere if you will not accept my accommodation." Completely unacceptable. She made us believe she was trustworthy, and now we are left with wasted time, wasted money, and even more legal headaches.
