Either they are incompetent and can't read the script I SAW my doctor send over that included all the specifications, or they are deliberately wasting my time so they have an excuse for their own delay. I leave a voicemail, never hear back, so call back a third time and give them the specifications, again, for what I need. That was three days ago now. I called today to ask for an update and apparently they have no idea what's going on with my order. This is unacceptable. These are my DIABETIC supplies that I rely on to survive. I cannot emphasize enough the physical and emotional pain that not having my supplies causes, and the stress that this level of incompetence has on me.
