Was told if I didn't turn keys in DURING THE EMERGENCY, that money would be illegally deducted from my final check, for them to pick the truck up from my residence. All they had to do was literally wait for me to get back from the hospital, and bc I quit, I would have GLADLY taken the truck in. Petty and ridiculous!! I reached out to them last week after water started falling from the upstairs bathroom into the first floor bathroom of the duplex we own. I sent them a message via Yelp and their office responded within the hour, allowing me to pick the time when they would come out the following day. And from there we were rolling. During the initial visit, Cody deduced that there was likely a problem with the flange and wax ring in the upstairs toilet. When they came back the next work day to do the work, we ended up having to get into the walls, where it was easy to see that the 100+-year-old cast iron pipes, original to the home, were actually rusting, with very noticeable cracks in them, leaking water throughout. Over the next day and a half, YSOP replaced ye olde pipes, patched another leak, replaced the flanges on both toilets in the building and moved the plumbing for the basement washing machines, since they already had to work in that vicinity anyway. This was a big job, that didn't come cheap, but they were upfront with all costs and kept to their quote. I also appreciated that they called to give me a 20-minute warning before they showed up each time. Through and through, YSOP was easy to work with, respectful of me and my property and thorough communicated. I will definitely use them again!

They did the work right away and had to go get parts as they had already used all their replacement parts. They literally went and picked up parts and did the repairs the same day! Poor communication, over-promising and not following through with work and remediation. Everyone…read morewas polite but they straight up lied about the work they could/would do. Had a pipe freeze and burst in our basement and came home from work to find water pouring out the wall. Called them in a panic and the dispatcher helped me get the water shut off in the house. They got a plumber out about 45 minutes later who fixed the pipe and got the water back on (for $400+ out of my pocket) and told me that they would take care of fixing the wall and all the remediation for the water on the floor. The remediation guy showed up later that night but told me he couldn't start working until the next day because his partner had decided to go hunting and had to clean up a deer carcass. They came back the next day and got all the water removed and determined we did not need to tear up the floor. A week goes by and we still have a massive hole in our wall. The dry wall guy comes a week later and tells us he can't/wont replace the insulation after we were told multiple times they would. He patches up the wall, doing a very mediocre job, there is still a small hole in the wall, leaves without saying anything to us, we expect him to return today and upon calling them they tell us the job is done and that we need someone else to finish it. This is after being told, by multiple people, multiple times that they would return the room to the condition it was before the incident. Wish I had gone with someone else, would not recommend.
