I hope they will make the appropriate upgrades and improvements needed soon. On that note however, I would like to share that when David N. Shultz painted the building, my rent was not increased. Schwartz judgement in obtaining professional and outstanding managers to manage my apartment building, Paulina and Jibarie have been great! They are professional, very nice, respectful, and very accommodating. They are always on top of things. Whenever I request maintenance in my unit, I always receive an immediate response back, and a call is made within that same day to resolved any issue in a timely manner. That is very important to me. I have locked myself out of my unit a few times in the past, which was quite embarrassing, and they were always at my rescue, no complaints (I have copies of my keys now, so that I don't have to bother them with that anymore, lol) Paulina and Jibarie get the job done.
