Public Health or Burbank Code Enforcement public record. While the company owner failed to maintain the implied warranty of habitability, he did raise rent by $300, introduce a $35 fee for online transactions, charge for estimated water usage, add chargebacks for repairs and ultimately evict me from the property. The property. 3610 W. Chandler Blvd. Unit #A, remains in a state of uninhabitability currently.
