All of the issues in the unit and building continue to exist and will likely be sold to prospective renters without disclosure. Everything is available as LA County Dept. Public Health or Burbank Code Enforcement public record. While the company owner failed to maintain the implied warranty of habitability, he did raise rent by $300, introduce a $35 fee for online transactions, charge for estimated water usage, add chargebacks for repairs and ultimately evict me from the property.
