Amanda is awesome and the office staff is very helpful and kind. The waiting room has a modern vibe and the treatment rooms are full of pink! Amanda is so upbeat and positive, and has an innate ability to calm people down. She remembered how difficult it was for me to sit still during filler injections, so she used a numbing agent to help me. I trust her suggestions hands down, and she is very open to discussing options if there is a cost barrier. One of the girls up front (the one with bright blue eyes) distracted me during the injections, and located my gift card in the system before I even said anything. The entire staff has been nothing but helpful and kind. They go over the cost before anything is done, and told me before I left to contact them in 2 weeks if anything does not look perfect. The first time I went, they called me the next day to follow up and to see if I had any questions. Admittedly, injections in certain parts of the face are not comfortable, but the overall experience could not be better. I am telling everyone I know about Amanda and her team at ProMD Bel air...there is not a rude human being in that office. EVERY SINGLE PERSON was nothing but kind, understanding, and supportive. This is my second time in this office, first for Botox and now for a semaglutide consult. All of my questions were answered, I was not rushed through at all, Amanda took her time with me and made sure I understood everything involved in my treatment. I am a homeschool mama so I have to take my girls along with me to all of my appointments, literally they come with me everywhere. Now you might think a Botox/med spa might not be the place for kids...I don't have a choice in the matter. All of the staff was so sweet and accommodating to me and my kids. Amazing place! ProMd in Belair has efficient service and lots of time slots available to accommodate your schedule. This was the first time I was getting filler and botox done and Amanda definitely exceeded my expectations. She truly listened to my concerns and carried out my preferences while also offering her thoughts with a great eye for what best suited my face. Results were noticeable yet natural which was what I was hoping to achieve by going to her. She answered all my questions and proved herself to be extremely knowledgeable. Staff here were also accommodating and personable, offering small talk and beverages while waiting. After going here for about a month, I haven't experienced any issues or complications, but everyone is very kind saying you can always call with any concerns if needed! 10/10 experience that always makes my days off of work happy ones. read more

After finding out that Amanda was at the Bel Air office I immediately cancelled my appt at the Timonium office and scheduled at Bel Air. Wow what a gorgeous office. When I entered the office I was immediately greeted by the receptionist and asked if she could get me water or coffee. My appointment with Amanda was on time. We discussed my treatment for Botox then discussed some other treatments that would best suits my needs and appearance. I decided to move forward with Juvederm fillers. The results are beyond my expectations! Amanda and her entire staff were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable! So happy with my results.
