Then when they finally called my name, the staff took forever to check in and told me that there's technical issues. And bring a large jacket with you because you'll never know when their AC will freeze you into a polar bear. Took the SIE at this testing center and had a swell experience. The only downside is the front door of the building was locked, so I had to jog around to the back entrance. Overall, even the downside paid off with the positive effects of getting my blood pumping. The check-in process was smooth, and the testing room was a bit chilly, but comfy. I recommend visiting the bathroom (pictured below) near the stairwell on the same floor as the testing center. As you can see, it's quite nice. read more

Pretty standard testing center with plenty of on-site lot parking. When entering from First Street, drive to the other back of the building for the Prometric entrance. You'll have to ring the doorbell to be buzzed in. The center is located on the 2nd floor with a bathroom close by at the end of the hall for those pre-test pee nerves! Staff was friendly. Check-in was easy. There is a locker space to put your belongings. Plenty of people taking computerized exams, however I was able to get through my test without distraction thanks to the provided noise cancelling headphones. read more

A huge dissapointment from this testing site. I had my ANCC exam done here and as soon as I walked in the suite, the suite had no AC on. environment should be comfortable for test takers for them to be able to analyze and answer questions. this exam first of all is huge for me also, I did not just pay like 10-50$ for this exam, this exam cost me 270$ and prepared for this exam for approximately 2 months. my exam was scheduled 6/14/25 at 12pm. I got in the testing site around 11:30am and asked one of the staff if the temperature was going to be the same on the inside and staff said yes. I have a history of blood pressure problem and I am not able to withstand hot weather due to my problem, my blood pressure spikes up. I took a seat and was ready to take the exam. I wore joggers and a shirt and even brought a sweater in case the site is cold, I had taken a lot of exams in the past and this is by far the worst experience that I had. the first 30 mins of the exam the temperature was somewhat bearable but after that, I was already feeling the hot temperature approximately around 80F and I felt dizzy. I felt that my blood pressure had gone up. I was at questions 80-90 when that happened. they didn't even provide any fans for the candidates but the proctors of the exam had their fans on. at that point I had just decided to go through questions and answer without thinking because I couldn't even think clear anymore because of my condition. in the end, I failed the exam 347/350 points. I filed a complaint to Prometric and responded to my email with just an apology. If I hadn't got out of that testing center who knows what would've happened to me. I think it's just right to demand for either a retest or a refund. Do you guys know where I can file a formal complain or escalate this matter? read more

This was the nicest Prometric location I've tested at. I usually try to schedule tests at the San Bruno location, but had to switch last minute. I took my California jurisprudence exam and was in and out in 30 minutes or so. I didn't have any breaks for this test since it was only scheduled to be a 60 minute exam, but I would definitely recommend locating the restrooms prior to testing. The staff was pleasant and explained the process thoroughly beforehand. They provide noise-cancelling headphones and I saw them cleaning shared spaces frequently. There were plenty of hand sanitizer bottles scattered throughout the center. I felt like this center abided by the rules more so than my other center did. They requested to check 2 forms of ID as opposed to just 1 and clearly stated that they wanted my license face up when I was taking the exam. I believe I read that this policy may vary by center during this time, so still bring 2 forms of ID just in case! read more

We're here at the Prometric center right now. There is a long line of people who had appointments at 8 am. They just told us we have to wait until 8:30 so that they can tell us if we can take our tests or if we have to reschedule! Reading the old reviews, apparently it's a pattern with Prometric. I've taken online test with Prometric before and it was a disaster. I kept getting disconnected and they wanted to reschedule me. I persisted and kept calling their technical support for several hours that day until they let me finish the exam. This time I scheduled at their test center to avoid that traumatic experience but apparently they can mess it up as bad as their online service. Update: it's 9:10 am still waiting. Just finished taking my OAT here! I had a great experience at this center. It's located on the second floor of a large building with easy parking. The proctors and employees were patient and helped put me at ease because I came in super nervous. Thank you Nahuel and Edet! The check-in/out process was smooth and quick as well. Just an FYI, if you are taking the OAT you get 2 whiteboard markers and 2 laminated pages as scratch material. It's difficult/space consuming to draw out orgo reactions and physics equations so make sure to get clean sheets BEFORE running out of space! read more

This place was totally fine! I took my GRE here. I recommend getting here 5-10 minutes earlier than your check-in time to find the right suite and the closest restrooms. Check-in went smoothly. A lot of people are taking different tests and each test has different rules, but they make sure to explain to each person checking in what their rules are (regarding lockers, etc). The only strange thing was that I had to use the restroom after checking in, so I handed the front desk attendant my forms to hold onto while I went. He said that he would give them to me when I got back. When I came back, he said that he had been calling my name to go into the testing center and he asked where I had been. I don't expect him to remember me, but he even had my form with my name on it! But it didn't really matter, they got me through security and registration just fine and on-time. The test administrator was super nice and helpful. She explained everything thoroughly and she even asked me during my break if I needed more scratch paper, which was great so that I didn't waste any test time waiting for paper. The testing area itself is clean (they wipe it down before and after every test taker, thank God!) and it's pretty quiet. I used the noise-canceling headphones for 2 sections but was able to complete the rest of the sections without them. Overall, a solid experience. Would test here again. :) read more

Testing... *shudders* definitely not one of my favorite things to do, but it had to be done. And I think Prometric Testing Center was a decent place to take the GRE for the first time. I know how anxious people get before the big exam day, so hopefully this walkthrough will ease your nerves. My exam was scheduled for 1 PM, so I showed up around 12:30 PM. Parking here is no problem at all during that time since the building has its own private lot. Find the stairs and go up. Look for the directory and make your way toward Prometric Testing Center's front door. If you continue down the same hallway, you'll find the restrooms, which was pretty convenient. Once you're ready, it's time to head on in. They'll ask for your ID and present you a form to fill out if you've never tested with them before. Once that's done, they'll give you a key to place ALL of your belongings in a locker (water, pencils, pens, watches, etc). The staff member will take you into the second room where they will make you lift your pant legs, empty your pockets, and scan you with a handheld metal detector. Then the proctor will go over the rules with you, take a photo of you, make you sign a log saying you've checked in, and provide you with your booklet of scratch paper and pencils. And finally, your big test awaits. You get seated in a decently spacious cubicle with a pretty comfy leather seat. There's a set of bulky yellow "noise cancelling" headphones available for you, which only muffle the surrounding noises and very much compress the life out of your head and ears. For the GRE, there is one scheduled 10 minute break although you really don't get 10 full minutes. Every time you leave the testing room, you have to sign out with the staff, and then you have to undergo the same empty your pockets/metal detector test procedure and then sign back in once you come back. This process shaves off approximately 2-3 minutes of your break. So make sure you give yourself enough time to check in again. And after all the 4 hours of pain and suffering, you will be D O N E! With that being said, good luck! I wish you all the best with your exam. --- WHAT I LIKED ABOUT THIS PLACE: - They start you on your own time. If your GRE is scheduled at 1 PM, they don't wait for the entire group to show up and everyone starts at the same time. If you walk in early at 12:30 PM and there are open seats, they will go ahead and get you started. - All the staff I encountered were pretty friendly, and my proctor even cracked jokes to lighten the mood before I started. She was also very clear with presenting the instructions. - The set-up of the individual testing station was great. They have dividers on both sides of you, and I barely noticed people entering or leaving the room behind me. The seat was pretty comfortable too, so that was another plus! WHAT I DIDNT LIKE ABOUT THIS PLACE: - Signing in and out took a little bit more time than I would've liked. I know they do it to prevent cheating, but a 10 minute break is already short for a 4+ hour exam. And it sucked having it turn into a ~7 minute break with having to sign in and out. - The headphones are a pain. 4 hours after I finished my exam, I still feel the straining pressure of them... and they don't block out all noise. I took the GRE here and thought it was a great location. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I was pretty nervous going in and reading Yelp reviews about other GRE experiences were very helpful. When you walk into the building, you'll go up the stairs on the left. The testing center is on the 2nd floor. The room itself is very easy to find. Be sure to locate the bathroom before walking in! It's just down the hall from the testing room, but you won't want to use your 10 min break looking for it. When you walk in, you'll see a bunch of lockers on the right and the check-in desk further into the room. When you check in, you'll be given a key to a locker where you can store all your things: phone, purse, food, water, etc. Be sure to turn off your phone. You cannot use it during the test at any time and it's best you turn it off to avoid any trouble. After that, you'll be asked for identification and then they'll go over the testing process with you. Make sure your pockets are empty! You'll have to go through a metal detector check before the test and after you come back from break. This process only takes a few minutes, but you'll only have 10 minutes during your break. It's just enough time to go to the bathroom and have some water or a snack. The room itself was pretty quiet when I took my test. The noise cancelling headphones were great. They really only muffle sounds, but they're still helpful if you get distracted easily with noise. I wore a long-sleeved shirt and pants and was pretty comfortable in the room. I was a little chilly, but it wasn't an issue. The staff was very nice and helpful. The new location is located by all the tech-company area on North and First street. It's not hard to get to this testing center. You can either take 280 and 101 and it's easy drive to get to this place. This testing center is similar to other testing centers that I've been to. They have a small locker area so you can store your personal belonging. You will only received the key to open the lock after you check in at the front desk. After you check-in, the staff members usually will ask you to read the instruction and all the prohibited thing to do and if you violate any of the restriction, your test may result to be disqualified. Before getting into the test room, you will be scan by metal detector (hand-held version) and they will ask you to pull your pockets in-side-out to check if you have any notes or item you placed in your pockets. Afterward, they will work you through the standard procedures then take you to your seat. Remember, you need to store all your personal belonging to the locker, otherwise may result a disqualification for your exam. Staff members - Some of them are easy to talk to and some are rude. But end of the day, you'll get your test done and leave. So don't let the staff member ruin your day while having a test. But generally speaking, they are pretty chill and understandable. *Once you step inside the testing room, you cannot remove any piece of your clothing. This was my first time taking an exam at a Prometric center and I was nervous, not just because of my (CPA) exam but because I've heard horror stories about these testing centers. I was bracing myself for DMV-level of service, dingy desks, malfunctioning & low resolution computer screens but I was pleasantly surprised. The testing center is situated inside a fairly new tech building (hello, Samsung!). The man at the front desk who was checking people in (dangit, forgot his name) was actually efficient and quite friendly! Apparently I printed out and brought the wrong paperwork, and before I could even start to freak out, he quickly and calmly told me that I could just pull it up on my phone. It was a pretty chilly day outside but the temperature inside the testing room was just right. I just wished they cleaned the keyboards and mice more often because they felt a little grubby, but not to the point that it was majorly distracting. Contrary to the stories I've heard, the bathroom down the hall had more than one stall and was clean. Tips: -They don't allow you to wear outdoor jackets (ex: Uniqlo down jackets) inside the testing room, but you can leave it in your locker and wear a cardigan inside. -It takes a good 2-3 minutes to sign out for breaks (even if you're just going to your locker for a drink of water) since you sometimes have to flag the lady down to sign the binder and do your fingerprint again. Overall, this will be my go-to center for exams in the future! Please don't come here so that I have more appointments to myself ;) read more

This is the 2nd prometric center I've been and from the staff standpoint, some of them are really friendly but others could be pretty rude. The greeter was really nice and friendly but one of the guy who worked inside was a bit rude. I guess he realized that he was a bit rude and then he tried to fix his tone but I was already pretty pissed. In terms of service, my main complaint is their timeliness. My test started 25 minutes after the appointment time, which is really annoying. Idk if it's the scheduling system or what, but it's just a waste of everyone's time. Other than those 2 things, I like the computer and mouse. The room is clean and neat and this location is easy to find with ample parking. read more

My daughter was supposed to take her board exam today and there was a power outage. The workers cancelled the test, even though the power came back on by 8am and they could have taken it. It was a 9 hr test and it takes a lot of time and energy to get prepared. Taking the test is already extremely stressful and having Very Rude staff at the facility makes the situation even worse. Staff was very rude and did not answer any questions from the students. They just kept asking "why are you still here?" And "you're not listening to me" every time a question was asked. They need to assign staff that are not Rude, not condescending, able to hear the students & answer in a decent manner. And this is not isolated incident at this facility. Some please re educate the staff or get some new people who are courteous. read more

"Disgusted" is my feeling about this phony business. Imagine this: a parent must sit here in the testing center all the time while a child is taking the test!!! They are so scared of liability that when I stepped out to get my backpack from my car, they sent my child out with men- so that he is not on their premisses alone even for a few minutes. Basically, instead of buying a liability insurance for the business, they chose to waste parents' time demanding that a parent waits for his kid right here!!! Then it gets better: they body-scan a kid head-to-toe with a button-shaped scanner as is done when you enter a US government building. This is probably to prevent kids from sneaking in a knife and committing suicide if they fail a test?! Choose another testing center to go to if you can. Stay away from this business! read more

The keyboard has a number pad! I was assigned for room 207 for the GRE at 5pm. When you come in thru the front doors, make a left up the stairwell and follow the signs. Bathrooms are right next to the testing center so running out to pee in the middle of your test takes a minimal amount of time-- I had to rush out to use the bathroom in the middle of my test and they signed me out, let me do my business, checked my pockets when I came back, and signed me back in-- all this in 2 minutes! I'm not a guy so I can't just whip it out and be done with it, but if YOU are you will be much faster than me lol. As for the appointed time itself, at 5pm and 5:30pm the room was packed, so it takes a while to get processed, but you will at least be starting at around the time you signed up for. I was given one yellow, 11x17 piece of paper folded in half to start with and two standard pencils. The room is kept between 70-74 degrees (stated on the wall). I wore a sweatshirt and was sweaty inside the testing room, but from the temperature or the stress I can't really tell you. If you wear flip flops (like I did) they will make sure they stay on your feet the whole time because they are periodically walking around seating people (and watching you). A drivers license is a sufficient form of ID for the test if you are a native, I have no idea why so many people were bringing passports. When everything was over it was around 9:20pm, so expect to be here for about 4.5 hours. As far as testing centers go, this one isn't better or worse than any of the others I've been to. Plus, you're mostly going to be focused on the test you are working on not your surroundings, so just remember that until the test is actually over, EVERY second counts-- including the ones on your breaks. read more

Staff was not aware of the specific calculator policy for my exam. I had to wait an hour in anxiety not knowing what was going on. It was terrible because my test would have been impossible without a calculator. I knew it was allowed since my coworkers have taken the same test with the same calculator. Edet the front desk person was adamant about his calculator policy even though he was wrong. He refused to read the prometric instruction that I had printed and he had to call the State to confirm. After all that, no apologies for being wrong. I was exhausted even before the exam. Apparently he gave the same trouble to others as well. I have taken countless tests at many Prometric Testing Centers. The best one in the Bay Area is probably the San Bruno site. This one and the one in downtown SF financial district (too old) are two of the worst. This testing site on North First St. gets one star for a relatively new building and a nice proctor in Nhi. If you scheduled a test time on the weekends, you will be locked out of the building. No one will answer the buzzer by the door. You will have to call the front deck so they know you are waiting downstairs. On the Saturday of my daughter's ISEE testing, the front desk person, Edet, at least what's he called himself, walked in late for work. He started demanding everyone to obey his orders as if he is an army general. Edet is a male of African decent and has a heavy English accent. Unlike others, he was not wearing a badge so I could not confirm his name. When my daughter was called, Edet forcibly yelled at us because we were slow to react, and demanded my daughter to take off her jacket. We were confused, not knowing that we need to be strip-searched. My daughter is only 10 years old. She was slow to react to his orders because instructions were given to us in advance aside from telling her to disrobe. He was clearly frustrated that a 10 year old girl was not responding well to his order and yelled at her some more. "Pull up your sleeves," he said. I leaned over to grab the jacket from my daughter and gave my daughter some instructions. This was not an accepted protocol apparently. Edet yelled at me, "go sit on that chair." I informed him that I will stay in the back but apparently that was not acceptable as wells. He said again, practically screaming, "dad needs to go sit on that chair." Later, I saw that my daughter's jacket was left outside and so I brought the jacket into the proctor. Before I could talk to Nhi, Edet was screaming at me, "you can't take that jacket in because it is too heavy." Ok, I did not know there is a limit for the weight of a jacket at the exam center. While I had had only one experience here and it is a bad one, I saw him kicked out a guy waiting for his wife (not allowed), favoring other groups ahead of those that he did not like, verbally harassing a Russian immigrant because she did not have all of her documents with her, kicking out a Spanish speaking woman because she did not following the procedure for breaks, and demanded someone provide him the reason for wearing a necklace. Yes, I understand that there are rules at the testing sites but this site, well at least Edet needs to be trained on a customer service mindset. He got into many confrontations with testers at the site in just one Saturday morning. It completely ruins the experience for those who studied months if not years, waiting for this one moment to pass the exam that will potentially change their lives. As one of the leading testing centers, Prometric needs to train its employees on communications and customer services. I don't know what day Edet works. But if you don't want your child to be verbally harassed, you should not bring your kids to test here, at lest not Saturday mornings. read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! RACIST & ISLAMOPHOBIC Immediately upon encountering the manager in the check-in, Augustine Edele, I was approached in a very hostile manner. He demanded that I lift up my sleeves past my elbow length and my pants mid-calves length. I tried to inform him that I cannot comply with that order because it goes against my Islamic beliefs, however, I would be able to show it to the female worker. Undermining my claims he deemed what I had just said illegitimate and questioned my honesty through a very loud and interrogating manner. He also denied my statement claiming that other people have complied with these orders who practice Islam, but there is a majority consensus within Islamic jurisprudence that what he asked for is completely against the religion. Attempting to just enter and complete my exam, I don't say much afterwards and proceed to take my exam. However, after the ten minute break checkin, I encounter the lady working in the center and I willingly went up to her to lift up my sleeves and pants so that I can prove to the center that it was a matter of religious purposes for why I refused earlier to the male manager. Mr. Edele rushes behind me to yell at that my previous claim was wrong because I clearly lifted up my sleeves for a FEMALE. I again tried to clarify myself but he wouldn't even give me the opportunity to speak, talking over everything I would say. He not only belittled my beliefs but villainized and degraded my character. Unable to control my tears and the feeling of dehumanization, I left the testing center. I asked for the name of the manager but her refused to give me his name and said he was not obligated to do so. In addition, I told him that I would report him but his response as equally condescending as his demeanor he responded with "good luck with that." read more

Rude staff. They move at a glacial pace to get even one packet of scratch paper. Also, why does the scratch paper contain the same disclaimers as your disclaimer form?!! It wastes 1/2 of the first page. Furthermore, why is the scratch paper PINK!! Who can read their writing written with an unsharpened No. 2 pencil on a PINK sheet of paper? To be fair, ETS protocol allots test takers with 2 pages of scratch paper at a time. However, the staff here is unresponsive. For math sections, you need more than 1 packet of scratch paper containing 2 sheets. You'll need to exchange your used packet with many replacements to get through one section with 20 difficult questions. At one point, I had my hand up for 5 mins with no response from the staff. When she finally got to me, she brought 1 pencil!!!! Who could be so stupid? And she the audacity to get mad at me. You do realize this is an important test and people spend months preparing. Your staff should be constantly attending to test takers. Don't take your test here. Awful service. read more

I don't see why people give this place such a hard time. I have been to this testing center many times for professional licensing test and I have had no problems with the direct, on time, and secure enviroment that I have entered into. Its part of their reputation to have a strictly enforced code of ethics and standards for themselves and the integrity of the testing. In any case, I never hang out in the lobby as you cannot do last minute studying there, so I find a place in the hallway (I have a secret spot, and I am not telling where XP). The testing rooms are very quiet, clean and very well set up for testing. The only bad thing is taking a test when people have colds and are making a bunch of noise. read more

Disappointing experience !! I had my TOEFL test today at this location. I had given the TOEFL test at a different center a few months back so I was well aware of how the environment is going to be. But the staff here proved me wrong. 1) New rule of forbidding Puffy jackets. Guys, it is winter season and these people expect you to remove the jackets you are wearing before entering the exam hall. Apparently, sweatshirts are okay, regular jackets are also okay. But they forbided students wearing puffy jackets. I was unaware of this 'rule' and since it was nowhere mentioned in ETS website, I was in for a shock. You usually would take a jacket to an exam hall, coz you never know how the AC temp is going to be. I took mine, thinking the same. But they didn't allow students with puffy jackets. One of my friends was having a fever and also unaware of this 'rule' of NO PUFFY JACKETS. She was wearing them, alas she had to give it up before entering the exam hall. This is absolutely ridiculous given the weather and uncertainty of the temp in the hall, we will be taking jackets. But be ready for a real surprise !! 2) Staff Interrupting during the Test. Oh, did I mention that the staff are super annoying ? They interrupted during my Listening Section and the staff wanted me to listen to her rules, only when the listening audio tape was going on. I've been able to test at many other locations, and this one by far is really way below par. The staff, whilst seeming to be friendly, aren't very accommodating. I've asked for minor accommodations when testing at other centers and if possible I've always been accommodated. This location is so set on always giving you the "No - sorry" type of answer. It makes the experience of testing (which already is stressful) even worse. I can't really say that they were good about anything (the company), especially since Prometric seems to have a stranglehold on proctoring exams.....so then the only think I can assess is that it has to be the staff. I took my Hesi exam here and had a good experience. The staff were all friendly and polite. One staff member even gave me a heads up on how much time I had left on my exam, which was a huge relief as there is no built in clock while you take the exam. tl;dr friendly, clear, and efficient staff, was able to start early, staggered entry so bathrooms aren't overwhelmed, temperature was good (70), the 10 minute break is short! so make note of what time you leave, sign/in out was fast and simple, you can bring a jacket and hang it on the back of the chair, bring earplugs! Not sure why this place is maligned so much in the reviews. The staff were helpful and efficient. They have rules that they have to follow but they're very clear about it. I took the GRE there this morning and had a great experience. I arrived there a half hour early, which I recommend because they do first-come-first-serve. There are two centers here, and my test was was in room 207. The person at the front desk gave instructions, handed me the form to fill out (it takes about 5 minutes because you have to copy a statement down), and turned it back in. You get a locker for your food/water/phone, and the ONLY things you can and should bring into the testing room are 1) your id 2) locker key 3) 2 earplugs (not provided; cannot be wire type) 4) (if you have them) glasses/wedding ring You won't be allowed to bring anything else in. Don't try it! They stagger letting people in to start the test so that the bathroom doesn't become a bottleneck at the 10 minute break. There are three stalls in the women's bathroom. You have to sign in and out in order to leave and enter the testing room. The attendant was very quick; when I told the attendant that I didn't realize how short the break was, the attendant signed me in in about 30 seconds. You only have enough time during the break to sign out, run to the bathroom, wolf down a snack, and sign back in. Don't expect to have any more time than that! You should note what time it is when you sign out! There are two clocks, one at the front desk and one at the sign in desk, and while you're eating your snack in the reception room at the break, you can watch the clock on the front desk. They give you two #2 pencils and a booklet (a blue 15x11 sheet of paper folded in half) of scrap paper. You can raise your hand at any time to get more paper. I recommend doing this before you start the second section. You can ask for tissues before or during the test and they will give you up to two at a time. Inside your padded cubicle, you have a comfy ergo chair and yellow passive construction earmuffs that look approximately like this: http://www.homedepot.com/p/ERB-105-Deluxe-Earmuff-NRR-26dB-Hi-Viz-Lime-14235/301851043 If you also wear decent (30dB) earplugs under the earmuffs, you will be in a sea of tranquility. I didn't hear a thing which is why I jumped when the attendant walked by once on their 10 minute patrol and saw them out of the corner of my eyes! The temperature was good (the thermostat was set to 70, although they tell you that it can be 70-74). I kept my jacket on but was perfectly comfortable. Several reviews said that you couldn't take off your jacket, but the staff said it was fine as long as it hung over the back of the chair, so that's clearly a baseless claim. Other reviews said that the keyboard was dirty. It wasn't "sterilized" but looked fine. Add this claim to the list. I went to this center for my 6, 63, 66, 7 and none of my visits ended positively. The staff are very cold and I compare them to TSA airport -security guards. They speak to you , not with you. They give you pre-programmed scripts instructing what to do and what not to do. I keep going back to this center because of proximity, otherwise I would turn my back on this center after the 1st exam. read more

Our appt was at 8:00am and an hour later was still not in. The parent is required to sit in the small lobby the entire time, no wifi. What is the purpose of the parent sitting in the lobby for 4 hours? DO not take the computer based test, do the paper testing, you can drop off your child and it is always ON TIME. The woman at desk is rude too..horrible experience. If a testing center is an hour behind, they are overbooking clients. read more

RUDE RUDE Staff : I filed a complaint with the company for this testing center. The staff (especially there is one male in particular) there stressed the hell out of my middle school child right before walking into testing simply not being able to find her name on the time slot sheet. We weren't late, this person was checking the wrong time slot. We left as it was not worth taking the test that is allowed only once per season. We were there 3 times, wait time to start testing is 45-60 minutes. Other people in the lobby sympathized this unpleasant experience, more than a few people agreed. These people are worse than airport securities. I don't know what they think of themselves. Not recommending this test location at all for younger students. That kind of harassment was absolutely not necessary right before walking into a test. read more

This place has very rude employees. I don't remember much details cause I have been there like a long time ago. I wouldn't go back if needed to retake an exam and unfortunately I have been there twice because of the date availability. read more

This star is for Augustine, who wouldn't even let me bring in a super light down jacket into the testing room. Seriously, this thing weighs a few ounces and there is no way I could have hidden anything in it that would allow me to cheat. I understand that "rules are rules" even if they aren't written very clearly and are clearly up to interpretation and BECAUSE of that, I would have gladly let the staff folk search the jacket thoroughly but they didn't even want to accommodate with such a reasonable request. I know for a fact that if I went to a different test center with a different and less shitty "manager", I probably would have been allowed to take my jacket into the testing room. Why even bother raising the room a few degrees (which did nothing, by the way) and disturb all the other test takers? It would be much less disruptive to just let me take the jacket in.
