Horrible customer service. Walked in hoping for help and nobody greeted me. Heard someone behind the frosted glass talking to another worker so I waited for them to finish. Still no customer service. I then knocked on the window in case they didn't hear me walk-in. STILL NO RESPONSE. I waited a little longer- I could see people moving behind the frosted glass! I knocked again and guess what... STILL NO RESPONSE!!! All it takes is 2 seconds to peak your head out and say- "Hello, we'll be with you in a moment." At least then I would've been acknowledged. I am always really intimidated by doctors. I was really nervous to go to physical therapy when it was prescribed. Let me tell you: this office has the most caring, humble, personable staff. Everyone seems like they are happy to be doing their job, even when the place gets hectic in the afternoons. The doctors are just as kind and patient as the physical therapy assistants. I always felt like they were really invested in my progress, and they really wanted what was best for me. The exercises were challenging and I could clearly see my strength improving with each visit. My daughter attends here. They have been very nice to her. She has always made her appointments. However, one appointment she attempted to make and could not. I've been a driver for 35 years. There was NO way she was ever going to make her appointment that day. A person was involved in a vehicle accident near my home. Unfortunately, that person lost their life. The highway was completely closed that. There was a several hour delay for commuters. The rain surely didn't help. I wrote to the office. Today I went in and she told me Michelle and I had been speaking. Michelle has not once called or emailed me back. They were nice enough to charge my card $20 instead of $35. Let me tell you it wasn't before she announced in front of the people in the waiting room my card was expired. My card was most certainly not expired. It was an 8 instead of a 3. Very very upset. Surely exceptions can be made when there was NO way she was ever going to make that day. read more

I was recommended to this p.t. practice after experiencing no results for my back and neck pain. Dr. Hanson's expertise restored my neck movements. Dr. George's expertise is restoring my back and my nerves in my leg, after a surgery. I describe these two as encouraging, positive, highly skilled and persevering. My surgeries would have rendered me hopeless without the direction and education I've received from both Dr. Hanson/Dr. George. Well, it's my turn. I was so impressed with how they took care of my son that I thought I'd give them a try for me. This is my third visit for the treatment of a heel spur. I got Doc Ashley. She really has her stuff together. We met did the initial assessment and she came up with a plan. I can tell you that so far it's working. I didn't start having any pain today until about an hour before my appointment which is an improvement. If you do what they tell you an even the homework they give you then you should be on a quick road to recovery! Please give them a try you won't be disappointed. read more

I had old shoulder injury with bicep involvement I decided I wanted aggressive physical therapy. The goal I wanted pain free or minimal pain and avoid surgery. My therapy lasted 3-4 months twice a week with good results. Dr Martindale and staff are very dedicated professionals and work closely with their patients encouraging them,therapist usually stays with patient to make sure he or she is compliant and to make sure you are using proper body mechanics. If I could give more stars, I would. Dr. Espey has changed how I look at healthcare. She's treated "me", not just my symptoms. I've progressed farther than I ever thought I would. I have to give a shout out to Megan Sette. I saw a different PT for my wrist pain who immediately just put me in the "sore wrist category". He did some measurements but did not take the time to determine where my pain was coming from. I saw no improvement on my visits with this PT clinic. I saw Megan for 10 minutes before she pin pointed where my pain was coming from and before I left the clinic i felt she had address my issues as an individual and not as a category. In my head i thought, she is a much better therapist than my previous experience. If you don't want to be treated as a category but as a person in pain. Go see Megan! I am a 71-yr old male who is still very active (biking, skiing, dancing, running) but had a biking accident that tore two shoulder tendons and had to have a surgical repair of those tendons. I am presently four months out of surgery. The staff at Promotion PT were excellent to provide rehab therapies and exercises that have brought me back to almost 100% full range of motion and on the road to full strength. With the guidance especially from the expertise of Dr. Megan Sette-Cordova and Dr. Rebacca Espry, I am recovering fully and returning to my usual athletic activities. I HIGHLY recommend both Dr. Sette-Cordova and Dr. Espry for their expertise in planning and executing a rehab program that was specific for me and that evolved over time to complement and accelerate my healing process. I would definitely use these therapists again should the need ever arise (God forbid) and I trust that their care is the best available. read more

I have used the services of Promotion Physical Therapy twice. The first time was several years ago and the last time was during the months of January through March, 2019. Both times I was so impressed by the level of professionalism and care that I received. Dr Martindale, who treated me in the past and Dr Sette, who I just saw recently, both took the time to completely evaluate my injury, and treated me with compassion and patience, and developed therapy programs to get me back to normal quickly, without undue pain. Also, the whole atmosphere of the office is clean, friendly, and caring. The support staff is amazing! I do not hesitate for a moment to highly recommend this practice. Today I finished up an 8 session physical therapy program that was done through this Company. Well wanted to spread the word my Doctor was Jennifer Canales and the team of techs was nothing less than a miracle for me. She got me up and headed in the right direction in a short time and now its up to me to continue on where her and the team left off at. I felt compelled to write a review because I was so pleased with the treatment and outcome I received from the staff at Promotion. I had ACL replacement surgery on January 19th after tearing it on the tennis court. I was devastated because I was on court at least 5 days a week and I was looking at being away for a good 6-8 months. After surgery I truly believed my knee was never going to bend again--and I know how ridiculous that sounds. After my initial meeting with Justin i knew that I would be back on the courts in record time. The staff was extremely attentive to my individual needs/wants and were always there every step of the way and on Friday May 6th I "graduated" with flying colors and I am looking forward to making the Memorial Tournament my "official comeback"! I must give a special thanks to Justin, Tim and Kenny for the assistance encouragement they always gave me along the way!!
