I was looking for a food booth canopy as I was just tired of the cheap ones Im used to buying online. I did some online searching and contacted a bunch of different companies to get some more info. Promotional Design Group was the first one to get back to me. I was super surprised they took the little bit of info I provided and produced a design with my logo and gave me pricing options so quickly. I dont even have a website, yet they somehow found my social media photos and created the design just from that. I must say I was really impressed with their design quality. Best part is the design work is free! They have different canopy grades to choose from but with my limited budget I went with the lowest grade. When the tent delivered I was actually quite surprised as the frame was much sturdier than Im used to and the tent material is made from some type of heavy duty vinyl material. The material is heavier than the fabric material I see everywhere but it is waterproof! I've had the tent for years and it still looks great! My other ones faded like crazy and didnt last even 1 year! This company really helped me out of a bad spot! I needed an inflatable done asap. All the other companies I contacted told me it would be 3-4 weeks to make a custom shaped inflatable. They also needed a couple days to even produce a mockup. Some didnt even bother with a reply. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Peter Hur with a mockup design and pricing! All I did was send a general email request with an image of what I wanted. I was impressed with the initiative! The rendering design was in full 3D with great attention to detail. Peter is super knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I explained to him about my deadline and he told me he can check with his production team to get this done. He called me back later that day and we were able to produce my project in 1 week! There was an additional rush charge but the fact they have the capability to get it done was all that mattered! We've had 3 excellent experiences with Promotional Design Group. PDG has done 2 inflatable boxers and a pop tent for our rescue, West Coast Boxer Rescue. We could not be happier. Not only are the products made with 1st class quality materials, the designs are amazing. Our 10 ft inflatable boxers look exactly like the real thing from every angle and even includes a docked tail. The inflatables attract all kinds of attention to our adoption fairs and fund raising events. We initially ordered one for our events in Northern Cal. Our tent with a back wall and side walls is great. They reproduced the photos in vivid color and high clarity. The table cover looks equally great and exactly fits our 6' table.
