When I went to pick them up, the fella who finally came over to help me couldn't find them. Jon then came over and pointed out that they were in plain sight sitting on his desk. I had a lot more work for Jon and he completely ghosted me. And that's that, I am sorry to say. The turnaround on the business cards was good; the price was just ok. I have moved on to another South Bay small business print shop and they have been far more attentive.

So their email doesn't work either. Very poorly run local business. This is one reason why local is dying and online is surging. Reply to David: I just recall you saying to email the address on the card and I questioned because it sounded too easy. You had time to make reparations before I walked out (visibly upset) and made no effort except to apologize. Apparently you don't mind giving a patron bad service but you DO mind negative reviews. Reviews are our only recourse these days and you need to be aware of that before letting potential customers walk out unhappy. I'll give my business to someone else.

A couple years ago I started my own business but was having trouble figuring how to promote my business on a serious budget. I had seen the cars with the "stickers" on them advertising businesses. I thought it would cost too much but on a whim I called the first place that came up Cliff Digital. That was the best move I have ever made. The managers Dave and Paolo were awesome. I really had no clue what I was doing but they walked me through the process step by step. They came up with great designs for me and the cost was so reasonable I was able to completely wrap my Dodge Caravan. My business is booming and I can't thank these guys enough for all their help. They even do silk screening. At xmas every year I take a family photo and have it printed on shirts and once even a blanket. I have a huge family and this is my gift to them every year.
