Today we came back to use that discount. The manager ultimately honored it within the 90-day window, but the interaction felt much more uncomfortable than it needed to be. It seemed like redeeming the discount was an inconvenience, even though it had been offered because of the issue with our previous order. The receipt also stated "20% off order," but the discount was only applied to the pizza. We genuinely love this place and will continue coming back because the food is usually excellent. This review isn't about the burnt pizza that can happen on a busy night. It's about how the follow-up was handled. A simple effort to make things right shouldn't leave a customer feeling uncomfortable. It also would have been helpful if it had been explained when the discount was originally offered that it was only valid for two weeks and only for the exact same order.
