Yeah, I was at my brother-in-law's waiting for pizza ordered at 4 o'clock for delivery. He called a second time 4:54 they accidentally placed the order as pick up instead of delivery. We called a third time 5:38pm the guy stated it would be another 15 minutes to remake it would be another 40 minutes! Unfortunate, we will not be reordering from this restaurant again! I ordered a pizza for delivery from Graziano's along with salad and some baked ziti. I called again at 4:38, and again at 5:38 and they said it was waiting to be picked up. I said I asked for delivery and they said they could deliver it in about 15 minutes. I asked if it was the same pizza that it was ordered at 4 o'clock and they said yes, cause it's my order. We were a large party and arrived right at opening. I ordered the family size vegetable salad. I was disappointed with the brown lettuce. Also ordered the largest family size pizza. Pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms. Pizza took a long time and was underwhelmed with the pie. The wings were probably the best of everything we tried. This place is the original Graziano's friendly staff awesome pizzas. Went in for a grinder sandwich!!! These sandwiches are no joke full of meat fresh bread and full of flavor tried there Mortadella sandwich it was delicious I we'll definitely be back for the Torpedo sandwich I would recommend these sandwiches compare to your average chain sandwiches. Two large pizzas ended up costing $60 and the quality DID NOT meet that price. Rubbery crust, soggy bottom and cheese that fell off when you tried to get a slice. 4/10 do not recommend. read more

I first tried this place a few years ago and it was so good. Unfortunately, since then it has gone downhill. The pizza does not taste as good anymore. The salads contain wilted lettuce and gray looking dressing. And the wings are gross. As far as service, most of the staff is standoffish, which is not necessarily a bad thing. Although a couple team members have just been straight up rude. And for Tamara: please be aware that just because two Black people are standing next to each other while waiting in line, does not mean that they are together. Considering the diverse neighborhood this restaurant is located in, I would recommend checking your unconscious biases and doing better moving forward. If you're looking for a family pizza place, this is the place to be. A little arcade and great pizza and wings. Salad was very plain but what salad is not. I gave a 4 because it felt a bit pricey. 60$ for a large pizza, wings and a plain salad. It was very good but being a family owned joint I didn't expect it to be that expensive. It was very disappointing walking in and seeing 80% of the tables dirty with plates , trays and napkins stacked . We had to walk around and search for a clean table that wasn't one of the large party tables . It wasn't busy and 3 employees were just standing around not attending to the mess. Came in for lunch today. Ordered a calzone, a pizza and the pasta trio. It took awhile, 25 minutes to be exact, which is a long time for a faster type place. The food was good as always and everything was fine until we were boxing up the leftovers. I felt something on my foot. I didn't think twice about it until the very large cockroach kept moving and sauntered out into the light. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for delivery and then when I called they didn't believe me, like I was trying to get a free pizza or something... Hello, I live in a 2 million home... Then a few days later, I ordered pizza and chicken, a large pizza and eight pieces of chicken for almost $60... You would think when they pull it out of the oven and see it charred or when the next guy is cutting it, that somebody would have threw it out because it was burnt charcoal black but they just put it in a box and send it to your house.... after waiting an hour and 15 minutes plus paying for delivery and giving the guy a tip ... I have to start by saying, this place has been here for a long time, 20 years at least. With that being said I don't think a restaurant can survive that long without decent food and service. I've been here many times over the years and more frequent over the last few years with many of our kids sports teams having pizza parties here. The food is good, I can't knock it personally based on what I've ordered from Pizza, wings, potato wedges, salads. What I can say is that I've noticed the staff here isn't very friendly and I really hate bringing this up in reviews because I love to support local dining establishments. Usually, when you deal with unfriendly staff, you experience it during your dine-in experience, but in my case it was when I ordered my food online and stopped by to pick it up, where customer interaction at pickup is very minimal. The young lady that helped me at the register asked for the name on the pickup order, I replied with my name. She proceeded to read out "x-Large Peperoni, chicken and a Veggie?" I said "no, I ordered an x-Large Peperoni and sausage, wings and a salad" She gave me a really dirty look and said "That's what I just said"... I replied with "no, you said X-L Peperoni and I ordered an XL- Peperoni and Sausage, you said Veggie and I guess you're calling that my salad, but I still didn't hear you say Peperoni and Sausage." She looked annoyed and kind of shrugged off my response. She gave me my total and I paid for my food. I thought it was odd to be greeted like this, and maybe she was having a bad day. I even ended up leaving a tip, partially by habit but also because I take in consideration the people making the food. My hope, is that this can be a learning experience and that the owners/managers address this type of behavior. In my youth, I worked in the restaurant industry working as a busboy then food server and the focus was always to treat your customers with exceptional customer service. I had the small Antipasto that feeds two (they give you two plates). I was hungry so I said that would be fine. The small is actually good for one person. However, the Antipasto was fresh and tasted delicious with Italian dressing. I had a soft drink (free refills) with my meal and the Sicilian Cheese Bread, which was very good, especially if you like cheese. The employees are not overly friendly, but they are professional and respectful. The place is big inside and plenty of seating for small and large groups. The place is clean inside and the temperature in the place is comfortable. There is plenty of parking outside and the place was quiet while I was there, but with the arcade and size of the place I would imagine it gets noisy on busy days. I would definitely recommend this place and will return when back in the area again. read more

The food is okay, but they should have negative stars for their service. The manager is very nice but the owner is very RUDE! He seems like the type that would spit in someone's food. I do not recommend going here. As someone that has worked in hospitality before I understand everyone is human; however, you have to be able to keep your cool.
