The employees were incredibly welcoming they greeted us with smiles, thanked us for coming in, and made us feel genuinely appreciated. They were especially kind to my kids, which meant a lot. We didn't have to wait long at all, and the subs were fresh, delicious, and made exactly how we ordered. Everything was clean, quick, and super friendly. So I ran out for my quick little work lunch already risking traffic and my precious 30 minutes of freedom and Jersey Mike's really said let's ruin her day. I ordered the #8 Club Sub for my coworker, which already comes with bacon, and the worker asked if I wanted avocado or bacon. Huh?? I even said, "It already comes with bacon," and she just... didn't acknowledge it. Like talking to a wall. Second time in a few weeks I go and order a regular and a giant sub. They have definitely gone up in price and down on meat. Nothing like spending close to 35$ and throwing the giant out. For second time I order big kahuna NO jalapeños. They double up on them. Can't eat it. The meat was overcooked and dry. I knew I was in trouble when the young lady rolled her eyes when I ordered it. Sadly used to visit minimum weekly, now lucky if once a month. Miss when they had staff that cared about quality and customer service. Might try driving to Redlands if I have a craving, to see if all the same. read more

Sandwich is good but they Need to turn on some air conditioning. It's extremely hot and uncomfortable to eat inside.

We come here occasionally. Their sandwiches are decent but their cost could creep up if you're not careful. It is fairly quiet at this location and not a lot of foot traffic even on lunch hours. I can always count on Jersey Mike's in any city to have quality fresh food. The staff and ambience is always a different story. This place had loud music and not the toe tapping kind. The girl taking my order could not hear me nor could I hear her and I commented that I could not hear because of the loud. That should be a sign to turn the music down. I wasn't going to try and yell over the music so my friend placed my order. It was too hot to sit outside, so unfortunately, I had to sit inside and listen to this obnoxious music. The food is terrible! My husband got a chicken, bacon and cheese sandwich and he got food poisoning!?! The service is very bad since there's no etiquette or seriousness about the customer service provided. We DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!! Man I go to jersey mikes about 3-4 times every month. I don't think I've ever been disappointed. Way better than subway. Better than Quiznos and jimmy johns. Never had firehouse but I can't imagine it can be as good as here. Get the Philly with the mushroom addition thing mikes way. Bomb! read more

Whewwww...this was a terrible experience! Let me start by saying that Michael, the young man who made my sandwich, is the reason I gave 3 stars. He was cool, calm and very attentive! Now the girl who kept inserting herself into our conversation from the side room is the very reason for three stars! She was asked when I walked in by her team if she was going to help me, and she looked at me and said "No!" (If she would have kept that same energy and stayed in the side room...this review would have been way different!) Like danggggg..."what i do to you?" Now Michael and I were chatting and laughing as he was cooking the steak for my sandwich. I tell him "no pink please!" And we carried on a conversation about raw, pink, and undone meat. Light conversation between us both. We are laughing seriously I mean busting up. I then asked if he could hollow out the bread and here comes Alicia..."we advise you not to do that because the bread is what soaks up the sauces and it won't be any good!" I continued to request my sandwich the way I wanted nicely with Michael. I then asked if he could toast my bread on the flattop. Here comes "helpful Hannah" aka Alicia all up in my order. "We don't toast bread!" I ignored her again and she says "without a little pink in your meat, the sandwich will dry up!" Then says "you should have just ordered a number 43 because all the stuff your asking for comes in it!" So I said to her "every jersey mikes I go to never questions my methods...they just make it!" Then I went on to say, "you are on 10 and there's no reason to be so aggressive!" She said she was going to call security and I hadn't even got my sandwich yet. So I told her to please call them. She didn't realize I am related to half the security guards in that shopping center and I knew i did nothing wrong. So I would have welcomed the assistance! Now at the register. She's still rude and aggressive! The P.O.S. machines were not designated so I was unsure where to put my number in for my points. She said "you don't have enough points for a sandwich today!" Real snappy like. I told her "I know. I just want the points to go towards the rewards." She then insisted I get out the store because she was calling security! I have never ever been talked to like that by a young person. She was rude and aggressive. I'm sure if she would have called security, she would have been the one they would have made leave. I am mad at myself because she pulled me out of character because it really made me mad how she showed no respect from the time I walked in until I walked out. So yes...I used profanity because at this point, I thought I may have to physically protect myself. I asked for her the manager's contact information and her name. She gave it to me while still asking me to leave. I hope that she is addressed because IF she was having a bad day, she should have stayed on her "break!" Or never came to work. I even asked her "please calm down...you are on one hundred and the conversation didn't even require your input and attitude!" She gave me word for word back. Just disrespectful!!!! On another note, the employees did not have on badges/name tags. May i suggest that they start wearing them? Also, Now that I have looked at my receipt, I'm not sure what her name was. It says "Juliana," but she wrote "Alicia" on it. I just know whoever she was....she was not happy today and took it out on me! read more

The service here is the worst Jersey Mike's. I have ordered ahead a few times and my order is never ready on time. Today I walk in there is no one waiting or working. The girls who came to help me were in rush to help, a guy walked in after me and they started making our sandwiches at the same time. I stood their for 10 mins waiting for my sandwich to be made. Then a guy walked in for pick up and he was told he was early, mind you no one was working. Fast food workers do not need to be paid $20/hr to sit around and talk. read more

Had gotten food posioning from them . I did have anything to eat till around 12pm I came here got a chicken Philly sandwich and an hour later had complications the rest of the day. Today is 5 April 2022. Based on my last 5 visits over the last couple of months. Location 1310 Riverside Ave in Rialto, CA. I usually have a good experience when I walk into a jersey mike's. The food is always great, the service is good, top quality every time. Except when I come to this location! The food itself is fine but the staff is horrible. God forbid you order at hot sub at this location, they will actually give you a dirty look and start talking bad about you with other staff right in front of you. Just overhearing some of their other conversations, it's quite apparent the staff don't care at all. If you don't want to work here, then don't work here. It's a clear reflection of bad management. Just beware, if you order a hot sub, you're going to be waiting a minimum of 30 minutes. Again, this review is for the location not for jersey mikes as a whole. All other locations have been pretty good. read more

This Jersey Mike's is my favorite place to come to during my lunch. Even when they get so busy they are so fast and kind. My favorite sub is the #3! Walked in today. There was about 7 girls standing around the counter. One girl took my order and everything was fine. After I sat and waited for my name to be called I saw multiple girls looking at me and my husband laughing and whispering. Even when my name was called and my second sandwich was being wrapped up I look up and see another girl staring directly at me???? I felt super uncomfortable 80% of the time I was there. On top of that, I asked for my meat to be grilled (I am pregnant, it's recommended to only eat deli meat after being heated up) I got home and saw that only my turkey was grilled and not my ham? I said "can I have my meat grilled" so therefore it should have been cooked like I asked, but no. Instead my husband had to just heat it up in the microwave at home. If I am paying for a service, you need to give me said service. Businesses really need to stop hiring teens that don't actually care about customers. read more

I initially placed an online order today at 11:13am for immediate pickup at the Rialto Riverside Avenue location. After getting there at 11:30am, I waited a few minutes and asked an employee if my order was ready. He said he was going to check on it. After waiting another 30 minutes and seeing others who got there way after me pick up their food, I asked for an update on my order again. The employee then said there was no record of such order and I showed him the online order. He then printed out a duplicate receipt and said he was going to put a rush on it (apparently the original ticket for the order got lost). Being on my lunch break, I didn't have 1 hour to wait around for 3 sandwiches. I then asked the manager (whom I didn't catch her name since none of the employees wear name badges), she rolled her eyes at me and told me there was a 45 minute wait for orders. I then asked for a refund and instead of telling me she will have my order completed ASAP, she told me I would have to wait another 5 minutes for a refund. I then asked for the Store Manager's name and immediately gave her a call when I got home. At first, she was very apologetic and offered me a catering box at the other Rialto location that would be ready in 20 minutes. So I arrive at the other Rialto location on Easton 20 minutes later and gave the lady with no name tag my name. She told me my order was almost complete. I initially felt like she was on top of it since it was a complaint from the other location. However, after sitting there for another 35 minutes, a male employee asked me if I was waiting on an order. I gave him my name and apparently, my food was sitting on the back counter for 20 minutes and no one notified me it was ready. I then confronted the lady whom I initially interacted with and she didn't seem to care one bit about what had transpired. So to make a long story long, 2 1/2 hours after placing my original order, I had warm soggy sandwiches that all ended up in the trash. I guess I'll just have a liquid lunch. Next time, I'll just pick up a premade sandwich at Stater Bros and save myself the hassle and $50.00. read more
