She is extremely punctual and organized and made sure to keep us on track throughout both our rehearsal and the day of. On the wedding day she asked me maybe a total of 3 questions about decor adjustments and otherwise I just sat back and let her take the wheel. She did an amazing job helping set up decor, keeping the wedding party organized, communicating with vendors, and keeping everyone on schedule. From the beginning Megan has been one of the most reassuring and comforting things about wedding planning. If not the only thing at times. Megan paid for herself at our very first meeting with our location and catering vendor. She saw something in the signed contract that entailed us to a better food package. Not just better food selections but more of it. When the vendor said it was a typo and they would fix it she said 'nope this is the contract that you had them sign. Typo or not you need to stick to this, they are entitled to this food at this price.' At that point in wedding planning i was so beyond exhausted i absolutely would have just rolled over and let the vendor adjust the signed contract. She stuck to her guns and we got the benefit of it. Woo Hoo We have the Week of Package, which really means that she takes over several weeks out. Following up with our vendors and asking me questions about details I never would have considered. Megan as been available for all of the silly questions and concerns that we have had and is prompt in her email response. She is able to offer suggestions on everything, babysitters in the area, vendors, when to do things, how to include family wishes along side our own, how to get Dicks Cheese Burgers to your wedding reception and everything in between. Megan is so friendly and easy to work with, she is prompt and organized. You just want to be her friend. I can not imagine getting through this wedding process without her, and its not even over yet. And I would get a response a few days/weeks later. And her response was always "I'm sorry I've been so busy". Which I understand. But that's why my husband and I hired this company because their job is to do this. It was very stressful when we didn't hear things for weeks. We also talked about cake flavors via email and come to find out on our wedding date, she never ordered one. I mean. Why would we talk about cake flavors and then not add it to the bill?! It was my fault also for not double checking the bill. What wedding doesn't have a cake!?!? When I called her , because she just left without saying anything, all she said was "all I can do is bring a fake cake". How are my guests going to eat this. So I had family run out and buy a few cakes. It was embarrassing . Being a nurse working 12 hours shifts at night, working 4-5 days a week. It was hard to meet up. Because I work 7pm to 7 am. So when I emailed her a few times to fill out the layout for the reception, she never replied. My husband called her a few times and she said to re-email it back. But did I ever get a response? No. I ended up just filling out the layout myself. When I asked her what her PayPal account name was, that's when I got a response right away. Seriously , I would not recommend them to anyone. Which is a shame, because my sister hired them a few years ago and they did fabulous. I'm not sure what happened for my wedding but it was awful. Very unfortunate.
