When we tried to notify the main office that our tank was getting low, we would call and get nothing but a busy signal. If we did get through, we were sent to a voicemail. You would hope leaving a voicemail would be good enough but it wasn't. We visited the office and they said they had no record of us leaving a message. My iPhone call log would claim otherwise however. Calling multiple times a day does no good. Talking to other customers, they have to call around fifteen times a day and call the emergency number for about three weeks to get them to deliver. We've called somewhere around that many times a day, visited the office, and at three weeks later still have not received any propane. It's the middle of January and we are out. Plain and simple, avoid this company. Saving a little money is not worth the headache at all. A utility provider this poor should not be in business.

I had to take off early from work in order to go to their office and let them know that I needed a refill. When there one of the employees was yelling at an elderly man who just wanted to know why they wouldn't answer their phones. I would not recommend that anyone use their service. I have had the worst experience with them than that of any other business with which I have dealt.

Our card was never charged and just received a bill with a late charge on it. When I called to discuss with someone the young lady on the phone scoffed at me twice during our conversation. She proceeded to tell me that they did not charge our card which was what I had told her already. She had to ask me questions about information that I had already given her and was obviously not listening to what I was saying. Beware of the lack of communication/listening skills on behalf of the office staff. This is our first issue we have had with them and although it is a minor issue I will be shopping around for another gas company once we have to refill our tanks.

I have a one year rental with Henley and after that I will not use them again nor would recommend…read morethem. We called and spoke with Tabitha about a 120 gallon propane tank. We were told the rental on the tank is $175 and that the propane would be around $340. So total about $515. The day of delivery we paid $670.03. Which was more than we were expecting but we just said it is what it is. Well Friday we got a bill for $192 more dollars. So we called and found out they never charged us for the tank rental plus tax. So the $670 we paid was for $313 in undisclosed fees. So once we figure that out after talking to Brent we're trying to explain that you cannot just not disclose fees and still expect payment. Even if they are mandatory. And he says well Tabitha just answers questions and doesn't give pricing. And the labor we paid already was also for the driver driving to and from my house. Nope that's a service call which we also already paid. Long story short Henleys doesn't disclose their fees and then expects you to still pay more. I wouldn't recommend using them. Brent isn't willing to work with his customers even when they were the one in the wrong.
