We were told the rental on the tank is $175 and that the propane would be around $340. So total about $515. The day of delivery we paid $670.03. Which was more than we were expecting but we just said it is what it is. Well Friday we got a bill for $192 more dollars. So we called and found out they never charged us for the tank rental plus tax. So the $670 we paid was for $313 in undisclosed fees. So once we figure that out after talking to Brent we're trying to explain that you cannot just not disclose fees and still expect payment. Even if they are mandatory. And he says well Tabitha just answers questions and doesn't give pricing. And the labor we paid already was also for the driver driving to and from my house. Nope that's a service call which we also already paid. Long story short Henleys doesn't disclose their fees and then expects you to still pay more. I wouldn't recommend using them. Brent isn't willing to work with his customers even when they were the one in the wrong.
