I called the office on Monday and no one answered and then visited as I was trying to be seen. A nice tech greeted me and I was kind to her and I left my callback number and message and was called the next day where the lady said she was sick and I asked if I could have their information to provide to the VA and she said they don't provide that. Then I said ok if they call will you be available later today as I'm in pain and she said no as she's sick and I said ok and we hung up. Then on Friday I contacted the VA and tried to get them to book me here but the office manager told the VA rep no they would not accept me as I was rude to the staff there. Again the above conversation was all we had at this point and then I visited the location and asked to see Dr Jo and she said she wasn't available and I asked for the other doctor and she said I'm the office manager how can I help you. I stated what took place and she said I was rude and they have the right to refuse service. I walked out stating this was ridiculous and they were refusing service to a disabled vet. AVOID this location they don't care about disable vets as a guy who served in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Somalia I've got PTSD and have been in extreme pain do to my service and I heard these people were good but I guess I was wrong. The office manager has the worst customer service ever. Avoid this place. Update: As I sat in the car writing this review she went to the local postnet business to tell them that I was harassing her and then called the cop on me as I went into the postnet to buy a box. Not sure what her deal is maybe she was intimidated by a brown guy, or maybe she doesn't like brown people, or maybe she's against veterans not sure. Hopefully the doctor reads this.

From there I would see him, Yu, and Margie. They are unique in their own ways but all of their methods are effective. The facility is connect to to the gym which was great. We did a few exercises in here. This is a very active and hands on team. The front staff is also very friendly. The facility is also clean. They clean after each person. The next time I came to therapy it was for my severe scoliosis. My therapist was Eric Blackstone. How can you not like this guy, he's great. Not only is he great but he's caring and versatile. After meeting Eric I didn't want to meet with anyone else. The staff was still excellent. Requesting medical documentation was easy. Due to my condition I will always be in and out of physical therapy. I will definitely be coming back. Highly Recommended!!!!

Horrible dishonest billing practices…read more They have sent me notices, bills, and collections letters for appointments from more than 2 years ago. When I contacted them, they had not even run the bill through my insurance company they verified on the phone that they had on file, some of the appointments that they were trying to bill me for I did not even make. They are just trying to take your money. They have (had) good therapists, but the billing department is dishonest and will wait years to bill you for stuff you can barely remember. Be careful with them, do not trust them, and track everything you do with them so you don't end up with crappy collection letters and call years after the fact.

They have many different therapists and they rotate them so you have numerous therapists treating your condition which I believe helps tremendously in regards to ensuring they try everything they can to get you back to normal. The exercise routines they have put me on are helping and combined with the many different treatments they use I am in much better shape than when I began my treatment. They have used a variety of treatments on me to include electrical stimulation, cupping, massage, chiropractic adjustments and most importantly DRY NEEDLING! I am very grateful for the treatment I have received and in the future I will be sure to come back the next time my back goes out. I highly recommend them.

Nate is the MVP. I honestly don't know how I would have made it through my shoulder recovery without him. He is an outstanding PT and extremely knowledgeable.
