This might seem like something of a revelation but a retarded monkey could be taught to put ink on T-shirts. It requires no special skills or talent. My point being that having such arcane knowledge about something so frivolous does not entitle anyone to have such a poor attitude. To have a customer service representative so completely blow-off a customer and the resulting sale boggles my mind. Not only was he a poor representation of the company he has had the knock on effect of giving me an anecdote to tell everyone I know about what a badly run organization I dealt with and believe me I'll tell everyone I know what happened to me. When I did a web search for this kind of service in this city I found more than twenty companies who do this kind of work. I have plenty to choose from and I'm reasonable confident they'll be happy to provide the service I require without belittling my lack of knowledge about the t-shirt industry.

I only gave this place 3 stars because the service is hit or miss (usually miss)... it's usually a lot better if you're dealing with someone in their 20's (in my personal experience). Also the prices are not always attached to fabric bolts, that wouldn't necessarily be a problem if I didn't already dislike interacting with the people who work here. It's rare to find trendy fabric here (the way you will at Fabricland) but they have classics and basics at extremely fair prices (and you don't even have to have a membership).
