I really only gave 4 stars because sometimes you need a membership to 'enjoy' all of the discounts you'll find here. I'm just not a membership person. P.S. I found the stretch lace for the dress I'm wearing in my user picture at the Regent location for $2.99/meter. Love it!

i was just at this location with my sister who is here weekly as she sews for a living. When I approached her with some garbage that i found on a shelf she looked at me blankly like I wasn't there. so i told her never mind and I went to another employee. she shouldn't be working in a service industry if she feels the way she does about her job. I'm not impressed.

My fabric was double bagged, neatly folded and even wrapped with pretty ribbon! I was beyond thrilled, and all of the fabrics are beautiful, and lovely quality! I had planned on including a photo but am unable to paste it in. Believe me it is gorgeous! Leslie included a thank you note and I am really impressed with the amazing service. I am probably what would be considered a customer from hell, as I am trying to build my stash and ordered 1/2 meters of all my selections. So much work for poor Leslie! I strongly recommend Keystone to anyone looking for quality fabrics at great prices. I would have paid more at my local shops. I will definitely shop here again!
