I should just stick with my regular spot. Booking the appointment online is simple and again very similar to the other place I'm used to. But there's 2 HUGE differences. 1st, there's a 30% upfront payment deposit they charge you immediately. And this is non-refundable. I'm the type of person that always show up for my appointments. But I'm suspecting a lot of folks are no shows. At least you can use your deposit for future bookings. 2nd, there's a 3 dollar upcharge if you requested a specific Therapist. My other beef with the above is they assigned me a DIFFERENT therapist anyway upon my arrival. Also note my appointment was automatically PUSHED back by 15 minutes. I did get an email notification about this but that was 2 minutes before my scheduled appointment and I was already there. (I always try to show up a few minutes before) The moment I walked in there's NOBODY out front. One guy was already waiting. I sat a good 10 minutes before someone actually came out. Then it takes a few more minutes before she can get to me. And of course I needed to fill in new customer form. As I was waiting I noticed a couples just walked in. The guy didn't seem too happy about their massages so he asked for their names (most likely to avoid them in the future) About 20 minutes in she finally waved me over and lead me to the room. It's a long hallway and they have a lot of rooms. Mine ended up near the end (it was actually a couples room, I suspect the same couple that just left) Not sure why they put me in the bigger room but I wasn't complaining. After more waiting, I lost track of how long but it was definitely more than 5 minutes. Patty came in, she seems friendly. Overall the massage was OK, it wasn't great, good, bad, or horrible. I'm content with it. After the massage is over, I made sure to check the time as I did book 90 minutes so just making sure that's what I got. Check out is simple as they already have my CC on file, as always there's an option to tip with your CC, I believe it was at least 25% but goes as high as 40%. I tipped accordingly.
