Compared to the relentless upselling I've experienced at Jaguar dealer repair shops, Dan's honesty was a breath of fresh air. As we departed to return to central NY THIS morning, we made a quick stop at Starbucks...for the road. I shut off our 2015 Ram P/U while my wife ran in for her coffee. When she came out I pushed the start button and the truck started for a second and then shut off. No warning before hand like a starter beginning to go or anything else! Battery was good, connections tight, fuses all looked good but nothing when the starter was pushed. Not being familiar with the area, I made a quick internet check for auto repairs and ended up calling Centennial. Am I glad I did!! CHRIS told me he would have one of his guys to me within 15 minutes and guess what....he did! TREVOR pulled up, got a couple tools out and tried a quick bang on the starter trick to no avail. He quickly crawled under the truck and correctly diagnosed the problem, made a phone call to see how long it would take to get the required new starter and advised me they should have it in 2 hours. He advised me that no tow would be necessary as he could install the new starter right in the crowded parking garage where it had died! He gave me a ride back to my daughters and approximately 4-5 hours later CHRIS called me and told me the truck was ready! UNBELIEVABLE!! I subsequently got a ride down to Centennial, met and paid CHRIS the very reasonable charge, and retrieved my truck. Everyone we dealt with at Centennial was a pleasure to deal with. Polite, caring and professional! I cannot say enough about them. Breaking down away from home, in another state, with my wife and dog in the car and getting that quick, polite, expert service is nearly unheard of in these times. My car wouldn't start a first, but after a few pumps it started. I took my car to Mavis for them to check it out, and without checking the battery, they told me to go to the dealership for more advance service. After some research online, I went to Auto Zone for them to check my battery, and they said it was bad, and needed to get replace. My car works perfectly now. I paid Auto Zone for a new battery which cost me about$120. I went back to Mavis for a refund for their tire, and they only refunded me for the battery I purchased in AutoZone. I believe I should of been refunded the $295 for the bad battery they gave me. I think they took advantage of me because I'm a female.

The last 5 times in a row my car was there cost me $1,000 each and every single time. Yeah I know my bad live and learn and I finally have. My husbands car was $5,000 for a transmission which only lasted 2 years and wasn't even drivable the next day and needed to be towed as we got it back with a kinked power steering hose. After spending all this money at this establishment on this last visit they had the nerve to charge me for a diagnostic charge of $175 to look at my car which took them 16 days to figure out it was a bad wire. Now let's not forget we have to pay their credit card fee to the bank so if you don't pay cash you will be charged an additional 3% fee which every other company pays for themselves. Then they say you can pay cash. Who the hell walks around with $1,000+ in cash? So between the diagnostic charge and the extra 3% expect to pay $200+ just walking through the door. Now I'll get to how they left my car in shambles. It was quite shocking. Everything from my console, glove compartment and trunk was everywhere and I mean everywhere as if a robber rummaged through my car. I couldn't even get in to sit until I cleaned it up. They took off trap doors to lightbulb access in the trunk and left them in the pile of mess. Funny cause I didn't need any bulbs replaced. Jackie if you read this I am very disappointed. I have been a loyal customer for many years but now I am done.
