We started up in March for a rat/mice problem. Since then we have also had ants even after their service for 3 months. They come out every time you call with issues but nothing different gets done to solve issues. After expressing this and wanting to cancel, we were informed of a cancellation fee. They are all masters of deflecting problems to others within the company. Don't get stuck in their money scheme like we were.

Now I am waiting for another call back that was also stated at 41 minutes. The techs do a decent job, but there is absolutely no customer service when it comes to dealing with a corporate call center with no option to talk to the local office. Seems like Clark is like almost all other businesses now a days with no customer service.

Well now I got a message from him saying that if he doesn't hear back from me by tomorrow at 5pm that they will have to close my account. Wow. Really?! Is that a threat?! Please pretty please DO IT!! I was completely shocked by the message and I can honestly say I was born and raised here in cottonwood ca and I'm 40 years old. All me and my husbands family members use Clark's. As well as several of our local neighbors and many of my friends and people we attend church with. I will absolutely be talking to ALL OF THOSE PEOPLE IMMEDIATELY and Clark's Pest Control can bet on losing SEVERAL accounts within the coming weeks.
