Oh my. Where do I even begin. Let's start with the fire. After my wife and I returned home from an evening of hanging out with some friends to our newly renovated home (literally put the last touch ups to our baseboards that morning) we noticed a bonfire smell in the air. Being annoyed with "whoever it was that was being so inconsiderate of their neighbors who may have their windows open like us" I opened our front door only to discover that the bonfire was actually in our home....yup our kitchen was on fire. I'll spare you the details of how we think this may have happened. We were able to put the fire out ourselves and grab our very frightened cats and get out of the house...but now what? We ended up staying at our friends house that night and in the morning I was able to gather my wits enough to call a smoke damaged cleaning service through talking with the owner I was referred to Property Claims Consultants and specifically Loren Pearlman. Now I'll be honest I first I didn't quite understand what they do but after some really great clarifying conversations I was educated on their business.
