I agreed to that. An hour later, my wife, who was still home, was told to send a Venmo payment of $578 directly to the technician there, his personal Venmo for David Aloni, for $578. I called the office on Feb 5 to inquire about why it was $328 more than he said it would be and that we agreed do. The woman on the phone said she would be happy to refund the "$125 service call fee." I then explained that we were charged $578 when he specifically got approval for $250. She did not have an answer other than, "This must have been materials and labor." Troy showed up within an hour to program two new keys for us, and then gave us a jump start, as the battery was dead. Great ending to an otherwise bad day. The second time Troy came to our new Condo in Charleston and installed a new wifi enabled deadbolt. He was also kind enough to do some light carpentry and relocated the strike plate, so the old door in the older house closed properly.
